A smoky hotel, an old building, old linens, like a hangout.We spent the night and remember with horror that night.The reception is rude, yelling, we arrived at night from Tashkent, we don't know the city yet, and with the children, we believed the taxi driver.Now we don't know where to go, now we have bad memories from Shymkent.

The hotel is five-star in all respects, well, very clean, neat, cozy and most importantly quiet and not smoky and the administration is very friendly. 👍👍👍

I liked it, the price and quality are very reasonable. I recommend it to everyone, let everyone appreciate it. The staff is polite and clean. But, the TV remote control didn't have batteries. Unfortunately I couldn't watch TV
