An extremely bad branch full of zero staff with communication skills that says we didn't find my cargo when it didn't arrive, that sent the same automatic message again when I requested it to be brought back, and that it was returned when I went to the branch to pick it up because it didn't arrive even though I was expecting it to arrive, it's an extremely bad branch full of zero staff. A problematic company.I have called many times, filed a complaint, and have never received a solution or result. I wish everyone to stay away and close this branch as soon as possible. Don't let any more people be victimized.
