The hotel left just a disgusting impression. The room was changed 3 times and only one had a more or less adequate mattress, and not a "board" in terms of softness.
Then we were offered a suite with a surcharge of 7000 per night, but it was exactly the same room with a mattress as hard as a wall and only a floor that differs from other rooms.
I was finished off by the fact that I saw a cockroach in the room. I can't stand this animal from the word at all, and when I saw it, I was speechless with horror, just numb. The guy from the reception who came to the rescue was shocked by the situation, but still killed the bastard.
In general, the hotel is terrible, as is the condition of the rooms, although the staff, of course, has nothing to do with it, they survive as best they can, judging by their behavior.
I can't upload the video, so I'm attaching screenshots
A 2-star hotel, maximum.
Please don't ever settle there. We lived in three rooms, ventilation does not work everywhere, the moss of the web sticks out inside it,
it is very, very noisy in the rooms, access to the road. Or into the yard, and there's a school, it's noisy very early. The hotel is dirty. The TV was not working, the floors were overgrown with centuries-old dirt on the carpet. Accessories are generally an outrage of what quality. The sneakers immediately tore, and they didn't even have time to put them on. Soap does not lather. And shampoos, in general, cannot be called this term. The plumbing from the shower fell on his head. Everything is shaking and rattling.
2 stars, please do not deceive people.
The Ararat Hotel in Yerevan pulls a maximum of 3 stars, we checked in late at night, the room is dark, the sheets with a hole, the bed and towels were not changed for 5 days of our stay, although the room was cleaned. The scales in the bathroom are not working, there was no kettle in the room. Breakfast starts at 9 a.m., basically the same food every day, the staff in the kitchen is not very efficient, the tables are not cleaned, the reception also sleeps on the move. From a good convenient location almost in the city center. The old room stock with carpets from a previous era, the interior needs to be updated.
Large spacious room, polite reception, delicious breakfasts. If you also update the simulators, and somehow refine the sports corner in general, it will be generally super.
The hotel is located on a very busy street. If you get rooms with a street view, it will be quite noisy. The windows of my room overlooked the courtyard with a winter garden, because it was closed, although transparent, but the dome in the room was a little dark. There is no central heating in the hotel-only the air conditioner, which works quite noisily (it did not bother me). The room is clean, the garbage is cleaned every day. I do not know if the rest of the cleaning is carried out, because I was not in the room during the day. Breakfast is served a little later than the stated 9 o'clock. I missed several breakfasts because I had to be on a guided tour by 9.30. The administrators did not help me in this matter. They told me to order a lunch box before 12 o'clock in the kitchen, and I was never at the hotel at that time.
It's honestly not 7 minutes to Republic Square, but all 15 at a brisk pace. It is 25 km to Nalbandian Street, where the excursions started. Overall, I liked the hotel. It can be considered as an option.
A pleasant hotel, conveniently located. I really liked the breakfasts. Every day is different: omelets, salads, pancakes, cheeses and sausage, milk, etc. Everything is homemade, very tasty. Thanks to Lilith the cook!
The female bartender is just SUPER positive!!! The rooms are good, but it's hot on the 2nd floor, and it's noisy with candeia. Tomorrow is great, there is a basik and a gym.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The hotel does not pull in 4 stars at all, a maximum of 2. Everything in the room is very old, when booking an improved room, you must separately ask for an iron, kettle, cups and a hair dryer, although in fact, in a 4-star hotel this should already be in the room by default. Shampoo, shower gel are given the cheapest, which is very upsetting and does not pull at a hotel of the level that is stated. Also, if you haven't cleaned your room properly, a cleaner will come to you shouting "GIRLS, YOUR HAIR IS FALLING OUT, IT'S NOT MY FAULT!!" Ask, but every person has hair that tends to fall out and yell at hotel visitors, in no case does any employee have the right.
The cherry on the cake was that we had a cockroach in our room! We wanted to refund the money, because it was already the last straw, to which we were told: "We will fine you because you are leaving the room ahead of time and plus we still have to pay a fine, so we will not refund the money!", but we are leaving because of what is in our room a huge cockroach, sorry, but we have no desire to pay money for a night with rams. As a result, no one returned the money to us, because there were 1001 reasons why they could not be returned. We were moved to the same room, just one floor above. We did not receive any discounts or presents for such a situation. And by the way, the buffet, which is announced at the hotel, does not pull much for this. Everything is always the same, no one is different. And when you go to breakfast, be ready to see the dishes left untidy after the other guests, apparently the staff is very busy with something and cannot bring the tables back to normal.
By the way, you may be fined for closing the door because of an open window, because as we were told: "if the owner hears, he will fine you 50 thousand drams" when I asked for a price list where it says what the fines are for, I did not see this name of the fine, it is very strange)))) but on the other hand, I saw that if, God forbid, you leave a stain on the towel, then be kind enough to pay 8 thousand drams. It is very strange, because this is not damage to property, it is a consumable of any hotel.
In general, if you are considering this hotel, then avoid it.
An old hotel with appropriate communications, the location is also average, the only bright spot is the Status club, opened a month ago on the 2nd floor
You need a new manager. The potential of the hotel is clearly not being revealed at the proper level, since the managers allow the insult of all states whose battered flags are located at the entrance. Darkness
The hotel has excellent staff. All requests are met immediately. Everyone is polite and friendly.
Special thanks to the girl Gayana, who works at the registration - she helped us in a difficult situation. Special thanks to her and wishes of happiness and success!
A great hotel with good grounds, nice spacious rooms and very tasty food. There is a swimming pool and sauna for a fee. We've been here for a week and we've just been going crazy every day! We recommend it!
Excellent location, very friendly staff, good linen, excellent mattress, the room itself is for three (requires repair), the breakfast is modest

It's some kind of hole, I'm sorry.
There is no administrator in the evening. Late check-in is an adventure with nerves. We couldn't find the paid reservation for half an hour.
The room is a separate horror.
Different curtains, dirty Soviet furniture. Cabinets from 1990.
The bathroom survived the war. Plaque, stone. A broken faucet and a leaking toilet bowl.
Number 103, if I'm not mistaken - for example.
The hotel claims 4 stars - this is a hoax.
I do not recommend this hotel. It does not correspond to 4 stars at all: old furniture, leaky towels, lack of bathroom accessories necessary for 4 stars, such as a toothbrush and paste, hair conditioner, body milk (all this should be included in 4 stars). It's not very clean. Breakfast is a buffet. The choice of food and drinks does not correspond to the name "buffet" at all, during breakfast I did not meet a single person from the staff who would keep order. As a result, there were mountains of dirty plates on the tables, in the area where food and drinks were, tea bags and packages from them were lying right on the table. In the Hall there are withered plants that are not watered. It is rare to meet an administrator at the reception, you have to wait a long time, it is useless to press the bell. When I wanted to pay for the extension with a card, I was told that the bank does not work on Sundays, so pay in cash. Well, this is nonsense :) The room is stuffy, the air conditioner is very noisy, but ineffective. The bathroom is not clean and smells of sewage. The elevator is dirty. No one bothers cleaning there, apparently. Yes, this is not the most expensive hotel. But he's not worth his money either. And of course - there are no 4 stars there! I do not recommend it!
We were in Yerevan only for one day - passing through. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry when booking, and did not see that the hotel has a swimming pool, so we did not use this service. We just went to take a quick look - there really is a pool. Breakfast is not bad, but it's better not to come right by 9:00 - they're still just starting to set the table. And hot tea will have to wait. The hotel has clearly known better days, but the staff tries to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. In general, the price-quality ratio is quite normal. The location is excellent. Yes, and it is very important - the hotel accepts Mir cards - you did not have to bother with cash.
The air conditioners do not work normally, they checked in three rooms, the mattresses have been asking for scrap for a long time, but they were not heard.
In fact, there is no pool - only a font. It is not very convenient to enter the hotel from the end of the building diagonally, you will have to walk up the stairs, despite the elevator. The shower stall in my room was very narrow, I had to open the door to get soap. It is worth noting a very good location, location, relatively not far from all the hangouts and quiet, with the exception of the highway (few people). I really liked the individual price tag.
Of course it's ours...love to have a delicious and strong breakfast, which is facilitated by the buffet...The staff is good-natured, helpful, the Armenian girls are very cute👍
Great.
It's a pity the pool is icy. The staff is super.
Even if the curtains in the rooms were stretched and the windows were put in order technically and visually, I would put 5.
The hotel does not pull on 4 stars. Lived in room 215. The light bulbs in the bathroom and shower area do not work, the climate control panel is torn out of the wall and dangling, the hinge of the fastener of the wardrobe door is broken, the personal safe does not work, there is no foot towel. The only plus is the staff.
The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, the safe was closed, and no one reacted to the request to the staff to open the safe. The windows faced a busy street, very noisy. Of the advantages:the breakfasts are not bad, the rooms are pretty clean, no prepayment is required for the room, but the reservation is saved.
It does not pull at four stars in any way.
The air conditioner is leaking in the room, the kettle is leaking, the shower door does not close, some doors do not hold hinges, the safe does not open and even the staff cannot open it.
We couldn't be questioned for several days.
There are cracks on the glass table, for which they also charged us extra money, declaring that they appeared because of us (it is unclear how to prove the opposite).
This hotel offers a maximum of 2 stars. The furniture and plumbing are old, the bed linen is in spools. The air conditioner and refrigerator make a lot of noise. There is no drinking water in the room or even in the hallway. And all this at the price of the Hilton opposite.
The description and level indicated on the booking sites are not true.
Old furniture, the room may not be cleaned/not prepared, the entrance doors to the room are questionable.
Extremely negative experience with the service.
The price is similar to the Hyatt and Hilton opposite.
