It's clean and cozy. The location is gorgeous. There is an administrator at the reception 24/7. There is air conditioning, all bath accessories, tea, coffee. In general, everything that is listed in the description on the booking. And one of the big advantages is that when you turn on the hot water in the shower, it doesn't turn off. Traveling to different countries and cities, I often came across the fact that in some hotels, when the hot water was turned on, it froze and then heated up again every minute. In general, I recommend it. Breakfast can also be ordered for a fee.
Very convenient location, city center, close to parks, restaurants. I liked the polite staff. The room was on the 1st floor, the Windows overlooked the pedestrian part, we could look up at passers-by like children of the dungeon. The room is equipped with a kettle, a fridge with a minibar. Be prepared to pay for the water bottles that are on the table
If anything, the store is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Locals say that the water is clean, it comes from the mountains, so you can drink tap water, there are also many drinking fountains in the city. Unfortunately, there was an accident in our area, there was no water in the room from the night until 9 am. So bottled water won't hurt. You can pay for a room with breakfast, I can't evaluate the breakfast itself, since we had a room without breakfast, we didn't order it at the time of booking.
There are points that should be improved. For example, the front door was without seals, so at night light from the hallway penetrated into our room. In addition, the room was not cleaned for 3 days of stay, we took out the garbage ourselves into the kitchen. The towels were not changed, they were wiped half-wet. The water from the shower flowed to the toilet, so one towel had to be put on the floor. I will note the slippery mattress, in my dream it seemed to me that I was slipping off. The sheet did not help, as there was not enough of it in stock.
I was vacationing at the Arami by Downtown Hotel in February 2024.
I must say right away that the hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of Republic Square, the Cascade, the Blue Mosque, and many more interesting things ...
The hotel itself is small, only 8 rooms, a reception and a small cozy kitchen.
The hotel is always calm and almost quiet. There is free Wi-Fi, which works great everywhere... you can even listen to Russian Radio and watch movies.
I had room 7 - clean and bright, in a modern style without fancy colors. It made me very happy. The room has everything you need for living: a bed, bedside tables with lamps, a built-in wardrobe with hangers, a flat-screen TV, a table, a kettle and tea accessories (tea, coffee, sugar... all in bags). 2 bottles of drinking water are brought to the room daily. There are disposable slippers. There is also a mini bar in the room for a fee. I did not use its contents, but used it as a refrigerator.
In the bathroom, in addition to toilet paper and liquid hand soap, there is shampoo, shower gel, cotton swabs, toothbrush + paste.
In terms of cleaning, the hotel also pleased me. Until you put a sign on the door asking you to clean the room, no one will disturb you. If you do not need a full room cleaning, it is enough to ask the reception to put water in the room and remove the garbage. But if there is a cleaning sign on your door, then everything will be cleaned up, tea sets will be supplemented and even old slippers will be replaced with new ones.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff. After all, thanks to their hard work and hospitality, I felt at home. Special thanks to Diana for her kindness, politeness, responsiveness and always a good mood!
I recommend this hotel 👍
P.S: I read about water outages in one of the reviews. During the week of my vacation, there was no such problem. The only thing is, a few days before departure, the toilet flowed in my room. I informed the reception, the reason was eliminated, the room was cleaned.
