Today it is for me the most delicious, sincere and inexpensive place in the center of Yerevan. Very tasty first courses. A minimum of Armenian cuisine (for me, this is a plus), excellent service, excellent ventilation (do not forget about the basement), extremely reasonable prices and an unforgettable man playing the piano. Our colleague, who has been living in the same building for three decades, showed us this cafe. No one smokes indoors, divine khachapuri on a skewer. For a man, soup and a cradle - you can roll out sideways. It's always very tasty. If I find a photo, I'll add it.

A wonderful chamber restaurant, impeccable cuisine and homely hospitality. We got there on May 9th, so we celebrated the holiday with all the tables to the accompaniment of a wonderful pianist, sang songs from our common Soviet past together, drank excellent homemade wine and were nostalgic, of course)) In fact, the quality of the cuisine is excellent, the service is fast and delicate, the prices are normal for Yerevan, but not very expensive for Russia, the portions are large. 17,000 drams ~ 3,500 rubles were left for three people with alcohol, snacks and main dishes.

My favorite place with Armenian cuisine, I come here every time I come to Yerevan. A wonderful place with very tasty food and wonderful staff. If you happen to be in Yerevan and have not been here yet, then this is a big omission.
Special thanks to Lilia, Tsovi and Hasmik for delighting with delicious food and a kind welcome every time.
In the evenings they play live music on the piano, we often come in the evening with a girl to listen while walking)
Be sure to try the spas soup and shish kebab!! A great portion for very nice money. Meat is always great!
The girl always takes khachapuri and khinkali (I don't eat myself) and advises me very much.
In general, it is definitely one of the best places in Yerevan. I rarely write reviews, but it was a sin not to tell!

The price/quality ratio is very good.
In the evenings, dinner is accompanied by an amazing pianist, who at some point casually switched to the accordion. If the audience deserves it, he tells stories from his life. Interesting.
About food and service: the expression on the waiters' faces may suggest that you are not welcome.. but probably this is not the case...
the waiters do not record anything, so they can bring chicken kebab instead of veal or forget to order something in the kitchen.
Dishes are brought as they are convenient, when ready, so specify what and how much will be prepared and ask them to bring together. For example. They have a very tasty mashed potatoes, but you will get it at the very end, when everything is already eaten and drunk, or maybe you will not get it if you forgot to order it ...
With all this, the impressions of the institution are definitely good, we had dinner here several times.

Don't believe five-star reviews.
Pros: location and maybe price.
Cons: we went into a restaurant, the waitress led us to a table, we just wanted to sit down, another waitress ran up and demanded that we move to another place, because this table had just been booked by phone. They put me in the hallway on the aisle. We didn't understand it at first, but when people started walking around all the time, it was something. But I really wanted to eat. It was a good meal. Khinkali is not khinkali (huge, not neatly molded, the meat was falling apart, not a "cutlet"). The wine is terrible. The music was in the hall, we didn't see it, but we heard it. They took 15% for it. The diner. The prices are affordable.

The restaurant seems great according to reviews, but the location and prices are of a normal order.
But for each of the ordered dishes there are only disadvantages.
Summer salad: very sour and slightly salty.
Khinkali with beef: they do not stand and have never stood next to what is served in other equally tourist places. The meat doesn't seem so fresh.
The veal kebab felt burnt.
The flatbread with basturma absolutely lacked cheese.
Chikhirtma soup was the most disappointing. Instead of broth with the yolk dissolved in it and tender chicken, I got pieces of eggs and hard meat.
All this wonderful meal was accompanied by the aroma of dampness.

It's not clear where this institution's rating comes from, the tables are kind of occupied on the armor, but we sat for two hours, no one came, the service was disgusting, the waiter was a woman of Armenian nationality, she didn't even say hello, literally took everything from the table even when there was food in the plates!!! I was not happy, the khinkali was not delicious there, we ate much better in other places, although they say the best in the city, no, not at all! Don't get naked in there anymore!!!

They position themselves as "the best Khinkali since 1995", and it feels like the interior and staff have not been updated since the same year.
There are no questions about the kitchen as a whole (our simple dishes turned out to be decent, but the chicken in the boat might not be so over-dried). The questions are more about the atmosphere and service. It seemed that since 15% were included in the bill (a third of our stay there was played by a pianist and therefore an increased percentage), then it was not necessary to communicate politely with the guests. At first they passed by several times, not paying attention, then they barked "well?! Have you chosen?". The order was not repeated, they barked "everything?!" again, they did not ask in what order to bring it. At the same time, they took it out to my husband, and I choked on saliva for 15 minutes and did not even bother to warn how long to wait for my dish (thanks to the only nice girl who, unfortunately, did not serve our table, but came up and clarified that in 3 minutes they would bring me too). Maybe such a dismissive attitude is also a feature of the institution? If so, she didn't come to us.

And now about the food. At the entrance there is an inscription that the most delicious khinkali in Yerevan… And this is the truth! Shish kebab is also the most delicious of all the establishments we visited. Tolma is very tasty, only dolma from dolmama can be compared, but Aragilovskaya wins at a price! The atmosphere is something with something, very cozy and homely. We will definitely come with a big company!

Beautiful Armenian interior. The room is small, but very cozy atmosphere. Delicious dishes, large portions, reasonable prices. A good choice of dishes for a child. Khinkali with different fillings, khachapuri at a height, different dishes of Armenian cuisine were to our taste.
Live music in the evening, a man plays the piano beautifully.
Convenient location from the center, pleasant atmosphere, clean toilet. We found this place, just before we left. But we managed to visit three times.
If we are in Yerevan, we will definitely come back to you!

Amazingly delicious cuisine! Khinkali was just a dump, boiled or fried, so far the best place where I ate so delicious!
And the best part is the prices! It is very inexpensive and at the same time very tasty. I visited this place 3 times in two days. I liked it so much.
The interior is authentic, and in the evening grandfather plays the piano, which adds soul to this institution 😊

We managed to visit 2 times during our mini-vacation and each time it was very tasty and soulful. Lula kebab, classic and fried khachapuri, eggplant rolls are beyond praise. And if you add a glass of wine, you will get a gorgeous end to a walking day in Yerevan. The prices are very affordable, and the quality of the dishes is excellent.

The only positive thing is the live music. We ordered khinkali, we fell for the inscription "the best khinkali", as they say, it is also written on the fence. It's a complete disappointment- they're not properly molded, the stuffing inside is falling apart into flakes. Don't see each other at 5.0 rating. And the wine sucks too.

The quality of the dishes served on the table turned out to be quite average. I ordered khinkali (fried and boiled) and pork kebab (flesh). The shish kebab was the most disappointing - it was quite tough. Khinkali, in general, are not bad, but far from the best that I have ever eaten. I was pleased with the live music (piano) playing in the restaurant. Bow to the pianist and thank you very much!

The best Khinkali in Yerevan deservedly hold their title.
Khachapuri was also taken, but it pales before khinkali.
The recommendation for a visit is to be hungry and take a lot of different Khinkali, everyone will be on top.
