When we arrived at the hotel for the second time, we were very disappointed.I introduced my friends that everything was fine.However, the technique of extortion of money began.
Instead of the free stand promised in advance, a charge of AMD 15,000 was charged on the second day.The young waiter said that you need to pay 2000 drams for each bottle of barbecue.Then, instead of one broken glass of 300 drams, a fee of 2000 drams was charged.When they went home, they wouldn't let them go, saying we couldn't find a spoon.Being late for work, we waited for them to find a teaspoon of tea.
Each hotel has its own paid services that must be provided in advance.
I am very sorry that my friends left disappointed from the place I chose.

The pool is in another building and there is no children's pool, the standard rooms are very small and the beds with very poor mattresses and the rooms above the classes do not match the price and quality!

I give five stars for the attitude of the hostess of the hotel to the visitors and the kitchen!
The staff of both the kitchen and the service in the cafe work as if from under a stick.
The rooms are clean, but the sound insulation wants the best (especially if someone is celebrating something at the bottom). The hot water turns off three minutes after switching on and you get a wonderful contrast shower! I'm used to tempering myself like this every day, but it won't be easy for an unprepared layman😂
Will I stay there again? I think so. I'm used to believing in miracles! Suddenly everything will change for the better!

There were 2 small rooms in the suite: a living room with a newspaper table and a work desk, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet and a spacious bathroom. Everything is fresh and clean. They do not get enough cleaning, but they are ready to clean up every day. The pool is NOT in the hotel, but across the street there is a large sports spa center. The menu is meager: potatoes in its various manifestations, porridge, omelette, borscht, store-bought cutlet of bread with minced meat. Initially, upon arrival, it was declared that you can order food until 8 p.m., in fact only until five, then the kitchen is closed.

A decent hotel with all amenities, favorable offers on Booking, everything you need is available, and the hotel also has a sports complex with a spa. Excellent location for tourism with a view of Mount Aragats, courteous staff, parking places, in accessible proximity to shops.

The most disgusting place. We were there with the team, we came to the training camp. The website says that this is a sports complex. Of course, this category of hotels assumes that athletes will be provided with food and rest. But alas, neither of those things happened. All 3 weeks that we were there, we were vegetarians. There was almost no meat, but there were always potatoes. For breakfast, lunch and dinner. By the end of the harvest, many simply did not go to eat, since it was no longer possible to eat these potatoes. Moreover, what we would not eat for dinner, the same thing was then given to us for breakfast and lunch. They asked us to cook porridge for breakfast, as a result, there was almost no porridge. Instead of porridge, they gave expired yogurt, after which half of the team was poisoned. As for rooms and accommodation: what they write on the website, supposedly, the noise insulation in the rooms is a lie. Just paper walls, you can hear absolutely everything. And of course, there was no rest between workouts. Far from being a sports complex, nothing has been done for athletes. We fell asleep at 12 o'clock at night, and if we were lucky, we woke up at 6 in the morning. All this is due to the fact that in addition to us, different foreigners lived in the complex, who came to this place for different conferences. The screams of drunken tourists and the slamming of doors were heard for days. When we approached the reception and asked to do something, they just shrugged their shoulders in response. How happy we all were when we left this terrible place. The owners of this so-called complex only care about money, not comfortable accommodation for visitors.

The rooms are so-so, walls painted by children, cold rooms, ants are running around. The breakfast is good, but the prices are high. The price of the hotel includes a swimming pool and spa, there is a new sports complex opposite the hotel, it's cool there.
