Of the advantages, the room itself is not bad, clean, freshly renovated.
The innkeeper made a small discount upon check-in.
Of the cons:
1. the shower cabin is leaking all over, after taking a shower there is a flood in the bathroom.
2. the hall of the hotel and the corridors are saturated with cigarette smoke, it is not possible to stay in this room, as well as this smell when there is a draft pulls into the room.
3. On the second night, the neighbors moved in, who seemed to be smoking in the room or in the toilet, and all the smoke went through the vent channels into our room.
If you smoke, then this is your option.

We were greeted by a very pleasant, beautiful, hospitable hostess of the hotel. There is a cafe nearby, where they cook insanely delicious fresh fish on coals. Mmm, it's just a bomb..
The room has everything, clean, cozy, comfortable, calm, despite the fact that the hotel is located in the very center of the city. In general, Russian is well spoken in the city and just wonderful people live there. I 100 percent recommend spending your vacation here..

Located in the city center. The rooms are practically new. There is a problem with the shower, the water is pouring out of the cabin, the whole floor is wet. The breakfasts are monotonous but delicious, especially the local tea. I recommend
