They immediately clarified that it was inconvenient to pick up on Saturday, and agreed on Monday evening. However, it was not possible to come on Monday, it turned out to come only on Thursday morning. In the morning, it was promised that everything would be ready by evening. In the evening, they gave me the jacket, and asked me to wait a minute about the children's jacket. The wait dragged on for 40 minutes. As a result, the jacket turned out to be torn, the zipper does not fasten, there is no runner, and the jumpsuit is also damaged. Although only the replacement of the zipper dog was required. The staff was rude, and my time was completely neglected. The master began to scream, considering this behavior to be absolutely normal. The situation was aggravated by the fact that the master could not hear, and everything happened accompanied by loud noises, which made communication even more unpleasant. Also, outsiders were involved in the conflict, and insults were addressed to the client. The question still remains whether to contact the police about what happened. The place definitely doesn't deserve recommendations. I do not advise anyone to contact here, so as not to face such an attitude and poor quality of services.
