Coupons are issued here from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. to take a queue in advance. From July 3, paper coupons are canceled. You will need to receive a ticket on the website migration.e-gov.am

It's a very long wait. There are few windows, they work slowly, and on average 100 coupons pass in 2 hours. It's worth trying to come before the opening at 9. Break from 14 to 15. They close at 17.

I would not advise anyone to visit this place, the queue is very slow, for d 2.5 hours and 20 coupons have passed. It's on the queue to get registration
