I got acquainted with this agency very unexpectedly) I went to the TEA store.&COFFEE" in the neighborhood was already so divided that a month later I also bought a tour to Egypt. As it turned out, real professionals are involved in the selection and processing of documents, even from a distance, absolutely all issues that arise were resolved in messengers (very quickly, for which thank you very much). I would like to note the very pleasant atmosphere and responsiveness, we listened to absolutely all the requirements for the tour. We reviewed a lot of different reviews, we had already planned a vacation with our family in advance at a certain hotel, BUT we were offered a tour with almost the same price, but the hotel had better conditions and service. At first they were in doubt, but then they decided to trust Alexander and Olga and did not regret it at all. So I can safely recommend listening, the rest turned out to be unforgettable. We took tours several times to Egypt and the UAE at the best prices! When an emergency situation arose with our family in the UAE, Olga and Alexander were in touch with us and promptly helped us resolve the issue.
I was also very pleased that Olga had registered us for good seats on the plane, taking into account the presence of a small child. When we bought tours from other travel agencies, we dealt with this issue ourselves.

An unpleasant situation happened that I could not even think about)
Unfortunately, the ticket burned down 😔

We had a vacation with this agency for the second time. Nothing has changed since last year. The guys were great, and they still are. The rest is organized just fine. All 4 times (UAE, Turkey, Azerbaijan, China) were organized at the highest level. Constant communication 24x7, responsiveness, transparency of pricing, honesty, integrity is about ARABELLA. They will always help you with advice, they will not leave you in a difficult moment. This is not the kind of agency for which the main thing is to rip off as much money as possible and go into the sunset. It's not the most important thing to sell you a tour, and then be as it will be. Here you can book a hotel or flights separately and you will be treated with 100% dedication and will never pretend that you are not interested with your little things. We flew to Cuba with Arabella. We really liked it! We contacted the company just 4 days before the start of the vacation. Unfortunately, the tour we chose could not be booked due to the validity period of the passport. But this did not become a problem, we were offered several destinations (Cuba and Turkey), where this is not a problem and immediately offered several tours, which we were very happy about) Choosing the direction of Cuba, they helped us choose a good hotel, read reviews with us and watched videos with recommendations. In general, we were very pleased. Further, after booking the tour, we were issued all the necessary documents, printed everything, put everything in a folder at once, it is very convenient if you have a habit of forgetting some documents or worrying that you forgot something. Olga told about all the documents, how and what to use, told about the moments of rest in Cuba, and helped with questions of interest. We were also offered to contact during the rest with any questions of interest, such a need arose once due to the loss of the voucher and we received all the documents on time in electronic form.

I admit, to compare prices, we turned to another agency, more advertised, but it was here that the person who not only compiled a list of available tours and sold one of them, but helped with the choice and picked up exactly what we needed. He even provided for something that we did not pay attention to when choosing a hotel and a vacation time, and that eventually turned out to be very significant when going on vacation with a small child. The tour was picked up quickly and not bothersome, all wishes were taken into account, and the advice was more than on the case and according to our requests, without unnecessary advertising. No overlaps and delays, everything is clear and understandable, if any questions arose, they were answered immediately. Attention in everything, even in small things.
We were completely satisfied with the rest. No flaws. Everything is as we wanted and even better thanks to Alexander's advice. Thanks a lot for that once again!

In 2019, we went with them, as they were very conveniently located for us - to Mayak Minsk, we looked at prices in several agencies, Arabella turned out to have the most pleasant price, the hotel and the rest was excellent! In 2020, there was no longer a choice through whom to buy vouchers, but there was also a nice bonus in the form of a discount!
