This is the best place in Abkhazia, the city of Pitsunda. It's not the first time we've come here, and it won't be the last. Cozy houses, the best hosts, Anita is a sociable and wonderful girl, she will tell you everything, she will tell you everything, we went to the waterfalls on her recommendation. We rested for 10 out of 10. Astan, the owner of AR_VILLA, is such a pleasant and wonderful person, like a native to us. I don't want to leave at all. They meet us in the morning, they arrived 7 hours earlier, they prepared everything for us and waited for us, and they fully supported us at an early hour and immediately drove into a cozy house in which it is pleasant to be and relax. The houses are located in a 5-minute zone from the sea. The beach is clean and good, and it is not enough and fashionable to just come and enjoy the noise of the sea and the bright sun in the morning. I advise everyone to come here and relax in peace and quiet in pleasant company. Strange people are also sold, but you don't pay attention to them and their negativity that they can write. COME AND ENJOY YOUR VACATION IN PLEASANT COMPANY.

We rested in AR_villa from 09/11/2024 to 09/15/2024 with a 4-year-old child. I liked everything very much, the houses are new , everything is clean and tidy , next to the best Argo beach ( equipped ), the hostess Anita is a very nice girl , she allowed me to leave later than the prescribed time, we will definitely return 👌 it is a pity that there were no free houses , so we would prolong the rest !!!

We rested from July 27 to August 3, the houses and the territory are very clean. The house has everything you need. The shared kitchen is very clean and all the necessary utensils are available. A cozy area. The hosts are attentive, helpful, friendly, and always happy to help. Let's come back again.

We had a rest in Ar_villa from July 3 to July 8.We really liked it.There are cabins and a shared kitchen on site.There is a kettle, mugs, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel in the house.The second sleeping place is a folding sofa.It can easily accommodate 2 adults.Comfortable.The pillows and bed linen are good.Hostess Anita is very attentive to vacationers.There is always someone to turn to on the territory.The base is not located in the very center of Pitsunda.Wild beach 5-7 min walk.The first food stalls are 7-10 minutes on foot.Another beach starts there, there are already more people there.Cypress Alley is a 5-minute drive away.There is also a beach there, already with a lot of people.If you don't want to sit in your room in the evening, but at a table near your room, I highly recommend it!

We had a rest in Ar_villa from 23.09 to 03.10. We really liked the rest in Pitsunda, with the exception of Ar_Villa.
The location of the houses is very bad. It is 8 minutes to the sea along a busy highway, 15-20 minutes to the nearest cafes and shops. No one cleaned the house all the time, only by the end of the rest they changed the towels. There are few dishes in the kitchen. I do not advise you to go there, the price of houses is too high. For this price, you can find housing closer to the infrastructure.

A great place to relax!
We had a rest with 2 families with children, we were satisfied with everything!
So, I'm telling you:
The houses themselves are clean and tidy. The territory is well maintained. Everything is modern and beautiful. There is everything necessary for life. There is a large spacious, clean (which is not a little important to me) kitchen, which also has everything you need. There is a barbecue. There is also parking for cars.
The houses are not located in the city itself, but at the entrance to the city. When booking, the hostess pays attention to this.
The beach is a 7-10 minute walk away. The road goes through a pine grove. The beach is always sparsely populated. There is always a place to lie in the sun, we also lay under umbrellas whenever we wanted. It was a separate big and fat plus!
The city is 10-15 minutes away on foot. It takes about 2 minutes by car. But immediately at the entrance there are shops and cafes. We went to the market on foot once.
Peace and quiet. When the engine was needed, we were in the city. We stayed in the hustle and bustle of the city, returned home in peace. It suited us completely! Therefore, before booking, open the map, look at the location, so as not to spoil the mood of the hosts and have a good rest yourself on a long-awaited vacation)
Special thanks to the hosts for their honesty, kindness, decency and responsiveness! The hostess is a good-natured person, she has never refused us help and answers. We had a lot of questions)

It's a very atmospheric place. Morning coffee with mountain views and the scent of eucalyptus trees. The road to the sea through a pine grove. We rested our soul and body. I cannot but mention the hospitality of the hosts. Thank you for the comfort of home and heart-to-heart conversations. Anita. We definitely recommend it. Family vacation in silence, without unnecessary fuss and noise. Everything is within walking distance.

We had a rest at Anita's from July 14th to 24th.very comfortable and cozy houses. Responsive hosts. Anita is just a miracle!!! We miss you already 😘 there is a kitchen where you can cook a meal. It takes 15 minutes to get to the store or to the cafe. Thanks for the rest.

A great place, fenced territory, an individual house (the construction is flimsy, but in this climate it seems normal) there is a bed and a sofa bed, a smart TV, a boiler, a mini fridge with a small freezer. There is a dining room on the territory, but with full occupancy of the houses it will be a little cramped, I think. There were 8 days at the end from mid-September, there were not many people and there was enough space for everyone, as well as dishes. We ate both in cafes in the city and on the territory prepared several times, breakfast is mostly here. Of the staff or owners, I communicated only with Anita, positive impressions! Throughout the rest in this place, there were no problems. Cars (there were 2 families) were parked free of charge on the territory, for departure / arrival it was only necessary to open and close the gates yourself, no time restrictions were noticed. We checked in without extra charges and other problems around 9 am, as soon as we arrived. To the sea, depending on the step, from 10 to 15 minutes, you need to cross the road (there are no pedestrians as such, be careful especially at night, drivers are fast here)))) and go through the coniferous forest. A little bit about the sea, when the water is agitated, as if with a "fog" (it was only once), but if it is calm, then the water is transparent, bluish-green in hue. The coast is rocky, in some places the stones are larger, in some places smaller and the presence of sand. For those who find it hard to walk on stones, take aquashuzas. There is a coniferous forest 50 meters from the shore and it is quite possible to find a place in the shade. What I didn't like, there is not a vowel nudist beach! Of course, there were no special problems from them, but we were with the children and had to change the place of rest a little.

The house is made of planks, there is no ceiling, the roof is covered with black roofing material, it heats up like a frying pan.
It is impossible to stay in the house, you wake up at 7 a.m. from the heat, and you cannot return to the house before sunset. The air conditioner is useless in this oven. There's a smell coming from the sewer. Sabaka also bit me. I don't recommend it

Have a nice day, everyone! I wanted to relax in Pitsunda this fall. I found the ar_villa recreation center. I liked the fact that there is a separate house for a family. According to the photos, everything is very decent. And I really liked the location, in a grove by the sea. On the map, this location is indicated on many websites of travel companies. But! Since I have been vacationing in this beautiful city for many years, and I know it well, I doubted the veracity of the information. And indeed, she is not there! The sites do not specify the exact address of the database, only the name of the street. I found it in the navigator. In fact, it is located on the very outskirts of Pitsunda between two roads. Follow the highway to the center. I am attaching a photo with false and true information. By the way, on the Yandex map, the location is correct. This is the only site with the correct information.
