The hotel really liked the design of the hotel, the Baroque elements. Everywhere there are reproductions of famous paintings by Klimt, Alma-Tadema, etc., many of which are made in the tapestry style. It was nice to return to the hotel, admiring the works of art, like in an art gallery. Good cuisine. But the hotel, in my opinion, definitely does not reach 4 stars. There was no bathrobe, hair balm, body lotion, or even a KETTLE in the room!!! on the 2nd day in the evening, a kettle was put on, but no water (at least 0.5 liters) or tea bags were put on. We are not talking about coffee at all. Breakfast is also very modest for a 4-star hotel. Instead of a wardrobe for things, there is a panel on the wall with 3 horn hooks and 3 shoulders for clothes. Plus 1 floor-mounted wooden hanger of the Trii or Absolute type. For me, these described "peculiarities" of the hotel were smoothed out only by the beautiful interior and good sound insulation.

Great hotel!!! I don't know why they position 2*, rather all 4*. The rooms are large, the interior is antique everywhere, everything is tastefully decorated, the furniture is good, the bed linen is snow-white. Terry bathrobes, normal slippers, all toiletries, the bathroom floor is warm!!! Tea accessories, minibar. Breakfast is beyond praise - a buffet, scrambled eggs are prepared on request, coffee is brewed. I don't know who was unhappy. Two meat dishes, side dishes, porridge, pastries (pancakes, cheesecake, cakes), fruits, sliced, yoghurts...What else do you need for breakfast?! We had dinner at the restaurant - everything was delicious and fresh. In general, well done!!!

Excellent interior, good cuisine, pleasant staff - I have tried several hotels in Karaganda, but this one is the best choice!
The problem is with the number and location of outlets, of course, but it is possible to cope.

I really liked the quiet location, the main roads are off to the side. Very good cuisine and a decent bar. The rooms are of good quality and equipped with everything you need. The hotel is wonderful, the service is pleasantly surprising from the very first minutes. They checked in quickly, helped carry the luggage to the room, everything was calm and businesslike. The room is spacious, all consumables (bathrobes, towels, toiletries) are at the proper level. The room has a TV, a refrigerator, everything you need for a comfortable tea party, cleaning clothes and shoes. We left early in the morning, we did not have time to have breakfast, lunchboxes with decent quality breakfast were waiting for us at the reception. Unexpectedly and very pleasant!The aesthetics of the New Year's decoration of the hall and entrance group deserve special praise, the proper European level is five plus!. The car can be safely left on the territory, guarded, video surveillance. Now I will use every excuse to get to Karaganda and spend the night in such a warm and cozy hotel!

A wonderful hotel in a quiet location. Of course, there are few rooms. The price is above average.
The staff is very pleasant. Everyone smiles and says hello. A good breakfast in the morning. Linen and towels are changed every day. The interior is beautiful, neat, clean. They immediately bring an iron and a board and do whatever you ask.
As for breakfast, I would still like hot porridge, you just need to put a special tank for heating.
There is basically everything. Bakery products. Juices, tea and coffee. It's hotter.
But fried, highly fatty foods are not suitable for everyone. This should be taken into account. People themselves can add both oil and something to taste. And so, in principle, there are no questions. The staff is good.

If it weren't for two small disadvantages: learn to feed them with breakfast, not dried porridge and cheap sausages, and the second is the sweetest employee at the reception with a bad mood and the rest of whom you won't find at night and in the morning.
And what about the hotel: the rooms are clean, not smelly, the beds are helped to make up every time, the towels are always updated, they even put new toothbrushes every day. A bottle of drinking water is very pleasant. I advise you to change the curtains to dark ones, these yellow ones only enhance the effect of the rising sun and there will be 5.

I was pleasantly surprised. A small, cozy and quiet hotel in the city center. Positive: great helpful staff, quiet, comfortable beds, excellent pool and steam room for a nominal fee, breakfast is modest, but everything is available. Cons: there is no elevator, a small part of the parking lot in front of the entrance is paved (covered with tiles), low-quality analog cable TV. But in any case, the impressions were purely positive.
