I do not recommend buying anything in this store. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be sad. I bought a water heater on October 10th. Since that day, it has been repaired 4 times. It is simply impossible to achieve a replacement of goods or a refund in the store. They're full of nonsense that can't even be formulated, they're always talking nonsense. It is impossible to achieve feedback, a telephone conversation is only with the manager, but he is a forced laborer, and whatever the management says, he "loads" the customer in conversation. There is no sign of a store at the address indicated on the website. No management contacts can be found. I had to resolve the issue through the Russian climate. The next day, the money for the defective product was brought home. A disgusting store and complete disrespect for customers.

I applied for the first time, I made an order through the website in the evening. There was no one to consult. In the morning they called back themselves, clarified their preferences, recommended more suitable options for my case, adjusted the order and by the evening they brought it, lifted it, dragged it. The prices compared to other sellers are quite adequate (I wouldn't take a bigger one, a smaller one would arouse suspicion). I was satisfied. I hope that next time it will be possible to apply here - you don't buy plumbing every day))
