A gorgeous hotel. A huge territory (it takes a couple of days to get used to this hotel).
The food and drinks are delicious. She lived in a Lake house room with access to the pool. The room is large and modern. From animation, live music, karaoke, disco. There is a huge mini club for children with a bunch of different educational games. bombezny water park, tested😹 In general, the hotel is 10/10

Disappointment
I just arrived from vacation at Aquasis and I immediately want to share my fresh impressions. All three stars were awarded for the beauty of the territory, we lived in lake house views, the view from the balcony was over the pool, a quiet place, ideal for families. I also liked the room for its size and equipment, super comfortable bed. Now let's talk about the cons:
- FOOD. It is diverse, so beautiful, but sometimes it is unsalted and tasteless, then too salty cheeses, fish that cannot be eaten. But in general, the food is 3+. You can find something acceptable for yourself.
- ALCOHOL. Very very bad, very diluted, super sweet, straight chymose, for the first time in my life I started having problems with my stomach and gallbladder from alcohol. On the third day, I didn't even drink 1 cocktail, because my stomach hurt all the days, which undoubtedly spoiled my rest, I was sitting on creon and others.
- THE SEA. It would be all right, there are always places when the hotel is fully loaded. But guys, I tore my whole leg on the slabs, they laid the bottom with block slabs and sprinkled with sand, where the sand was washed there are blocks of cobblestones with sharp corners, which can easily be injured, especially if you dive, you absolutely cannot do this! Plus, there are decent fish from the sea that like to bite people, as soon as I tore my whole foot and swam ashore, the fish started eating me, biting my detached skin, I was like in the movie jaws, it should have been seen)))) In short, the beach was also disappointing, very shallow, to swim you need to row to the buoys. But it would be good for children if it weren't for the bottom with unexpected rocks.
- THE STAFF. It's just sad! Rudeness, disinterest, lies. This is the biggest problem. I asked the scales before leaving to find out if we fit in the norm, they told me yes, weigh it tomorrow before the transfer. I'm coming on the trail.day 1 shows me a hand scale (as in the market for vegetables and fruits), which has a broken charger. That is, I couldn't weigh the luggage, and I couldn't even do it at the airport, there simply aren't any scales, except for the check-in desk, and until then you won't know if you have an advantage, and whether you will need to pay extra for the difference, given that the advantage needs to be checked in 4 hours before departure, and you arrive at the airport just 2 hours before departure. I was super nervous that day!!! Fortunately, there was only a 2 kg advantage and they let us through. But again, not everyone will be so lucky. Therefore, it remains to carry a hand scale with you?! This is the first supposedly 5-star hotel that does not have floor scales for luggage.
-ANIMATION. It's just boring, there was 1 cool fire show and a funny evening with contests during the week, the rest of the days there were some dances, well, absolutely uninteresting, of the same type and boring. There are no games as such, entertain yourself. By the way, they asked me head-on what kind of tours we came here, tours for Russians Antalya, I say I go where I want, what kind of Tin to ask such questions at all.
- The water park sometimes works, sometimes not. Out of 7 days, 3 did not work. There are few tracks, OK for children, 1 day is enough for adults, then it's boring and uninteresting
The hotel is not designed for Russians who do not know English. The staff doesn't know him from the word at all. We had no problems with this, but for some it was problematic.
In conclusion, I will say that the hotel is objectively strong 3 stars with a claim to 4, but by no means 5 stars. The vacation was not cheap, I will not go there again for anything.

A lot of things that I liked about this hotel, how the staff met, the animation, the chic varied food. But there are also disadvantages for 11 days of stay, we did not even change the bed linen at the request, it is not clear why, as well as non-working and untidy sanitary units on the territory of the hotel.
