The quality of the services provided does not meet the stated cost. Washing the arches doesn't mean anything. The arches were dirty and wet. The word "drying", according to the administrator, means wiping with a cloth. At least they wiped it with a rag. The administrator said that it was impossible to wash the arches. It's strange, it's possible at other car washes, but not at this one. Everything is in the water, and it's 10 degrees outside. Mats in the water. I think they'll be frozen to the floor by morning. All this happens in completely dim lighting. Probably so that this dirt and other washing defects would not be visible. Besides, the receptionist was rude to me. I don't recommend washing the car here. There are plenty of other car washes in the city with excellent service. And, yes, the word "by appointment" doesn't mean anything either, I stopped by 35 minutes later than the stated time.

Thresholds are not washed, they are not dried (they use the same cloth normally without wringing it out) with one cloth they "dry" the body and wipe the plastic of the interior, the service is off, I do not recommend it!!!

The car wash works as a stack (the first one came, the last one left). One long room, which includes three cars, if you are unlucky, like us, then arriving first, you will wait for 2 more cars to arrive behind you, and only then you can pick up yours. The cars are not separated by partitions. But it seems to have been washed well.
