We liked everything. I really liked the slides and the pool in a circle, you lie down and you're crazy. The food, yes, is monotonous, but not critical. There are no natural juices, no champagne)) for me, this is a minus))) the beach is large pebbles, you can go in, but it's difficult, you can break your legs. We didn't need animation (mom, children 15 and 11 years old). We had a frog vacation before lunch + shopping after lunch)) the rooms were cleaned every day. Tea and coffee are not tasty, they bought water. Desserts are not very good. And so, all this is not important, these are the little things of life! The main thing is the sun and the positive! By the way, there are 50-50 Germans and Russians in the hotel, if it's important to someone)

The hotel indicates that it is 4*, but in fact 3* is a stretch. Positive: Russian-speaking staff, good desserts, water park. The rooms inside have been renovated. There is a refrigerator in the room. Underground parking for a rented car. Minuses: Bad drinking water, if you take water in the morning in the vending machine, but you can clearly feel the taste of algae and mustiness. Mediocre food, breakfasts are generally always the same. The whole hotel is pretty worn out, mold lives in the pool drain grilles, the pool trim is falling off. The playground is also badly worn out. There is no entertainment program as such. (it's the same thing every day: a dance competition for children, a bingo lottery, just music until 23.30) Umbrellas and sun beds are in a deplorable state. The alcohol in the bar is locally produced. Juices and soda are diluted from bags, tea and coffee are not possible to drink - it's disgusting. The overall impression: Food: it happens that dishes are very over-salted. especially fish (perhaps its poor quality is hidden in this way), it is possible to drink only bottled water in the hotel, tea had to be bought at the store and brewed at breakfast. you will also have to give the child water from a bottle with purchased water, only very cold water comes from the vending machines, juices are also only from the vending machine and cold. Number: The bathroom was in good condition, cobwebs hung on the ceiling, linen came across with holes, towels were normal. The remote control from the air conditioner was not native and he did not turn it on, he controlled the air conditioner from his phone through an application. There was a kettle in the room, but no glasses or cups. The music screams until 23.30, you can't put a child down with the windows open, and the air conditioner was working very loudly. Mosquitoes flew in at night with the windows open. Water park and swimming pools: The slides and the lazy river are working, the rest of the aquagorodka does not work, the sun beds are all bent and broken, the umbrellas from the sun are full of holes. The exterior trim is falling off the main pool. The beach in front of the hotel is municipal, locals can come by car, everything is strewn with garbage, the beach is rocky and only adults in sneakers can enter the sea. I liked the hotel. We died here at the end of July.There is a water park and several swimming pools on the territory, I consider this a big plus. There is plenty to choose from to eat, you will definitely not stay hungry. There is a children's menu. Ice cream at the bar. You can also order various fast foods at the pool bar throughout the day. Beach towels can be rented for 10 euros, and you can hand them over with a receipt at check-out. Unfortunately, there was not much animation, so on the third day it became a little boring. I did not like that the beaches are not equipped. It is not convenient to enter the sea on the rocks. Later we found out about the beach in 10 minutes, it's just amazing, you definitely need to go there). In general, I liked the rest, the emotions are only positive.

It doesn't seem to be a bad hotel, but it falls short.. the food is monotonous (it gets very boring on day 5), the staff is mostly friendly, but there were also individual characters, there was nothing to animate about. There is no private beach, although you can swim at the hotel, but we went to coral Bay beach (15-20 min walk). In general, it's a strange experience. The hotel is normal, but not wow (I wouldn't go there anymore).
