We were there twice, we were delighted, we liked everything very much. Prices for accommodation until mid-June are acceptable, unfortunately, they are twice as expensive in the season.
The hotel itself is quiet, very clean, all the furniture is new, you go out onto the balcony with century-old pine trees, birds are singing, next to the 14th century temple, the sea is on foot through the park, on the beach in the good sense of the word as after the apocalypse - not a soul for 2 km. But this is at the beginning of June, there are more tourists in the season. The beach is clean and sandy.
There are whole flocks of dolphins in the sea.

An excellent hotel in this price category, surrounded by pine trees. The air on the street around the hotel is simply cosmic. There are cafes and canteens nearby where you can eat. A 5-minute walk along the cypress alley and you find yourself on the beach. The beach is large pebbles, so it's better to buy swimming slippers for the sea, but what sunsets are here! If you're lucky, you might see dolphins.

It would be possible to put 10 stars - I would definitely put it, without hesitation.
The location is gorgeous, in the shade of pine trees, quiet around, a neat alley, a green stadium behind the alley. Children sometimes played football at the stadium, but they could not be heard in the room. Very close, so to speak, the "center" of Pitsunda, a temple, a bus station, a public transport stop, cafes and shops. The road to the sea takes 8-10 minutes at a leisurely pace along the Cypress Alley. There are a lot of canteens, cafes and shops on this alley on both sides.
Now about the hotel itself. Attracted by the direct appearance, a small, concise, three-storey building. We lived on the ground floor in room 104. I must say right away, from the street side it is not visible what is happening in the room, the windows are darkened, and the curtains in the room are blackout.
A very spacious modern room with an electronic key and an electronic panel. High ceilings, panoramic window, large shower room. The mattress is awesome!!! The pillows, as in all 50x70 hotels, are small and uncomfortable for me. The linen is snow-white, a set of towels of 4 pieces for each guest. The room has a safe, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, TV, kettle, set of dishes. There was also a sofa in the room as an extra.place. There is a microwave and an iron on the floor. Slippers and a set of hygiene products are provided upon arrival. And, what was a pleasant surprise for me, underfloor heating. The weather didn't spoil us very much at the beginning of May, and I'm a little cold)) There is no food at the hotel, but there are plenty of canteens nearby.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location surrounded by pine trees. Very good location, close to shops, a communication salon, cafes and canteens. The room is spacious, everything is new, corresponds to the photo on the website. The linen is snow-white, the bed is comfortable. A very comfortable spacious bathroom. Special thanks to the administrator of Victoria, a very polite and pleasant girl. She solved all our issues quickly. It's a pity that there were no seats and we only rested for a week. Next time I will book in advance.

I can say this about this hotel - the reality is even better than expectations)))
The hotel is super: view, condition, staff, location, EVERYTHING! The rooms are just great: clean, bright, fresh, spacious, really thought out everything to the smallest detail - slippers, brushes, gels, hair dryer, safe, dishes, balcony, lights / switches and everything else.
The receptionist is very pleasant, tactful, 100,500 questions in wa before arrival and all the answers have been received! I organized a transfer. She settled in, told me everything and showed me. A huge thank you to the housekeeper for her work too! Everything is perfectly clean! The summary is this: we haven't left yet, but we already want to come back! Thanks!

The hotel is gorgeous. We arrived at my place at night, we were greeted with a smile by a very nice girl. She told me everything, explained everything and wished me a good rest. It was a pleasure. Everything is provided for. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, iron, hairdryer, dishes, safe. The bed is snow-white, crisp, pleasant. Wi-Fi, that's what you need. Laundry can be done on the 1st floor. Dry the laundry on the balcony. The room was cleaned every day. Thank you so much. We wish you a pleasant stay at your hotel. I didn't want to leave.

We rested in this hotel from 10.10 to 15.10.23.
The hotel is modern, located in the pines next to the Cypress Alley not far from the center and two minutes from the temple.
The rooms are clean, there is a tea group in the room, plates, glasses, wine glasses.
The mattresses on the bed are comfortable.
One minus is weak noise insulation, you can hear everything that happens from the first to the third floor. In addition, it is already cold in October, the tiles on the fields are icy, it is uncomfortable to get out of bed on a cold floor, and there were not enough bedspreads on the beds to remove the effect of the hospital.

We stayed at the hotel from July 21 to 27, 2023 with a family of 3 people. To say that you liked it is not to say anything.
The delight is indescribable. Very good location, surrounded by beautiful pine trees. It takes 7-10 minutes to get to the sea at a leisurely pace, depending on which location you are going to. The room is very clean.Bed linen, towels.Large shower room with a shelf for shampoos, gels, washcloths. This is important. Stable Internet connection.A big plus is the presence of a microwave, an ironing board with an iron on the floors. For a small fee, you can wash your clothes in the washing machine.High-quality room cleaning.
The hotel also has its own generator, so you don't have to worry about a power outage.

I really liked the hotel and the location. Everything is new, clean, and cozy. Snow-white linen, air conditioning, refrigerator, dishes, wardrobe, huge shower room. A microwave and an iron are shared on 2-3 floors. The balcony overlooks the alley - it's nice to sit in the evening and breathe the purest air. Opposite the stadium, we ran a couple of times, but it's better to do it in a relict reserve, at the same time treat the lungs. I was blown away on the bus - I walked around this reserve three times and the cough passed! Right along the cypress alley is the beach and this very nature reserve, which is simply magical, except for the garbage that is left behind... There are a lot of cafes, khinkal and canteens nearby to eat. Stop in front of the Temple in the direction of Ldzaa and Gagra. Nina is the administrator, it's just a miracle! He will always prompt and help. The only thing that turned off the light several times in the morning, the result was a melted refrigerator, hungry mosquitoes that flew through the balcony (they give out a mosquito thing, but it works from an outlet) and the lack of Internet (it didn't always work in the morning) But this is the case everywhere - the lights are turned off at 5-6 o'clock and before 8 am. There was also no water a couple of times, but for a very short time. There are only pleasant impressions from the hotel and Pitsunda. The sea is clean, but sneakers are needed, because the beach is sandy and pebbly (they sell on the way to the sea). Renting a palm leaf beach gazebo with two sun beds is 400 rubles per day (for comparison, in Sochi it costs one sunbed). I had a chance to catch a rotovirus for a child. The polyclinic is right behind the temple - they took it right away, put on a drip (it cost 1,500 rubles + medicines). Advice - contact us immediately, at the first sign, the kids are having a hard time with it. I also do not advise dragging children on excursions, it will blow out instantly, all windows are open, and the kids are paired, wet. There is also a shop nearby (there are always a lot of people) and a market. We will be happy to come to the hotel again and I advise everyone to visit)

The staff is very attentive. The most valuable thing in this place is the generator. Electricity is often cut off in Pitsunda. I definitely recommend it!

I called the hotel while we were driving around Sochi, at about 4 pm, the polite receptionist answered all questions without any problems and booked us a room, said that they would be waiting for us, because they did not know how long we would be idle at the border... we arrived around 9 pm, they were waiting for us and settled in without any problems)) Outside the window is a stadium, for those who love sports, a cypress grove, silence and fresh air. If we come again, then only here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
