It was an unforgettable vacation with a lot of entertainment and positive emotions! An excellent hotel, friendly staff, a huge water park, food for every taste, and very tasty and very much 🙂 a lot of entertainment on site (boccia, water polo, volleyball, pilates, dancing, darts) 👍 the sea is insanely salty, but this is the Aegean Sea… Complete delight 🤩

A good water park for visiting with children. There is another one nearby, but children may not be allowed on many slides there, so this time we chose Fantasy) a large area for both very young and older children has a lot of different slides. At the entrance, it was offered to rent a "personal" bun🙄 we did not bother. It was always possible to find a suitable one at the foot of the slides. But sometimes they throw them completely deflated and then you have to look for a normal one)) in general, I saw deflated or half-lowered buns in the water park for the first time) but probably this is because the locals like to eat))) There is a fast food court, the portions are huge. There is also a pool bar for adults. I was a little surprised that there are umbrellas of different sizes all over the territory, but not so much that we were upset about it. On each slide, the staff monitors the safety and the order of descent. There were queues for the highest slides, but compared to the queues at the Luzhniki water park, this is just nonsense🤪

We stayed at this hotel in October 2021. I really liked the hotel. The food was delicious, and the beer was surprisingly delicious too. The disadvantage is that at the water park at that time there was already cold water in the pool. And so I really liked everything.

I flew with my daughter for the second time. I'm telling you! We arrived at Izmir airport, drove to the hotel for 50 minutes without stopping and our hotel was the first. We arrived very early, so we were not checked in. There was a guy at the reception who spoke Russian well. He gave us the cards for towels and we went to breakfast. By the 12th day they were settled in the room. I connected Wi-Fi only as soon as I was settled, because it is linked to the number. I began to work worse at the hotel. The hotel was divided into 2 parts. The place where we always swam in the pool and went to the bar belongs to another hotel now. Our hotel had a large swimming pool, where Europeans spent a lot of the day relaxing. And a small 18+ swimming pool. Of course I didn't get there, because the child is 7 years old. They settled into a clean room, began to save on bathroom supplies. We cleaned well (but we swore at the people we met for cleaning). Quiet, because we were located near a Quiet pool. There are greenery, but not the same as in the neighboring hotel. 4 bars. The food was fine, I'm not a picky person. But it's better to come early, because then the crowds.. There were fish, meat, salads, fruits, even berries. The beach is being cleaned, but people are throwing cigarette butts.. The sea was also cleaned in the morning, but there were a lot of algae at sunset. There was always a shower at the end of the pier, but this time it didn't work. We didn't go to the animation during the day, we went either to the water park or to the beach. It's a very boring program in the evening. And a lot of mosquitoes... Honestly, this time the hotel disappointed, it does not cost that much money and has ceased to be a top five...

One room with sliding doors, but it will not be possible to retire, frosted glass, openings above and below, without a lock. The child was blown out of the ear by the air conditioner with the doors closed on the first night (she did not open the balcony on the first floor, the windows on the hotel fence, the wasteland behind the fence is scary). The beds are conveniently located, each has an outlet and a light switch at arm's length. I didn't find any Russian channels in the room in each of the zones on the TV. Bed linen should be changed every two days, sometimes the regime is violated and changed less often. They may forget to put clean towels, or forget to put a duvet cover on a blanket, they quickly decide on a call. You can choose the cleaning mode or do not disturb from the room via the electronic scoreboard. Balcony- there is a table and two armchairs. Clothes dryer. Mosquito net on the door. There is no room at all: 1) Hair balm 2) discs and sticks 3) Disposable razor 4) shampoo and body gel (instead of them, a mix in the shower 2in1- we bought everything in the store, including a razor) 5) Regular soap (liquid only) 6) dressing gowns 7) terry bath towels are thin -they look like a floor rag, instead of white they have a strong yellow tint, they look dirty. 8) Iron and board in the room 9) Toothpaste and brush 10) there is no carpet - the floors are cold tiles 11) baths The sea is very dirty near the shore - algae, household garbage. It's small. The beach is sand, but strange sand both in the sea and on the shore with a strong sheen - it feels like it was sprinkled with eye gloss. There is a diving pier. A very small strip is allocated for swimming with buoys. People mostly don't swim, but just stand in the water. There are enough sun beds on the beach, not many people, a lot of people at the pools and some at the water park. There is no lifeguard by the sea, no one is on duty (they never swam daily), although there is a tower available. The pools on the territory of the hotel are not large, crowded with people. Slides by the pool are only for the youngest. The water park is gorgeous - there are many slides, pools, circles, etc ... but it is located outside the hotel, as an independent object, anyone can come by buying a ticket. For hotel customers, only entrance is free, water, food, towels all need to be taken with you or you can buy with money. Towels can only be changed at the hotel on the beach or at the spa, which is very far from the water park. The advantages of the hotel itself: there is a bowling alley, slot machines, a tennis court, a spa center, a gym, an indoor pool with slides - it did not work at all, although it was filled with water. The territory is green, well-groomed, good animation for children and adults. Cons of the hotel: it is far away, 2.5 hours drive from the airport (135 km), does not correspond to 5 stars. I would put 4 stars for the territory and three for the food (I will write about it below). The Internet doesn't work everywhere. You can not go to the hammam or sauna for free, only with spa treatments. The scheme of the hotel does not match - it looks huge and even the name is the same, but in fact the left part (highlighted in photo N1) is another hotel - you can not go in, have a snack, order drinks. The water park is also separate (highlighted in photo N2), and finally, part 3 is the territory of the hotel. At the same time, all three bear the same name. Food: the same type, the same thing every day. Lots of fast food. There are no packaged juices, only upi (type of juice, but it is not possible to drink this chemistry). There is no fresh at all. There was no seafood for 10 days, except fish. There wasn't always a fish either. There are three types of ice cream, daily ‼️Breakfast from 7-10 main restaurant. Oatmeal porridge, several types of ordinary cheeses, vegetables, salads, omelets. These are the only fruits - watermelon, melon, apples: yellow, red, green. Often unripe: peaches, pears, nectarines. There were cherries twice and grapes once. There were no berries at all. They didn't go to breakfast, because they went hungry. Lunch from 12-16 hours is not held in the main restaurant (mostly only breakfast and dinner). There is grilled meat: chicken, beef. Sometimes there is a fish. Food is only in plastic dishes (plates are often greasy after washing, they are washed manually). We stayed hungry for lunch for three days, because when we arrived at 14.30, 1.5 hours before closing, there is only what is left, the dishes are not replenished. These are overcooked French fries, pizza is not always delicious, at this time there is no meat and side dishes, soups. Vegetables are also leftovers - tomatoes, greens, pickles. To have lunch, it is better to come at 12-13h. Dinner is from 19-21.30, you can really eat, but the situation is like with lunch, you need to come from 19-20. There are two types of fish, pasta: two types, vegetables, grilled meat, sweets, fruits. Coffee lovers will be disappointed - the coffee is terrible everywhere except in the lobby (you can drink Turkish coffee). Conclusions: the food is very cheap and monotonous. There is nothing that was in the normal fives in this hotel: berries, fresh fruits, seafood, themed lunches /dinners, a large selection of dishes, it is impossible to stay hungry in a good hotel, and in this you can fill your stomach with all sorts of rubbish, because there are big problems with nutrition. P.S. When I read the reviews were either enthusiastic or very bad ones. I would not recommend this hotel at all to those who are used to relaxing at 5x, the vacation will be ruined (far away, the rooms are not very good, there are problems with food). We visited this hotel in October, liked everything, and the room and the food and the Internet, a wonderful hotel, I recommend it to everyone. The sea there is cool and invigorating and there may be a breeze, in summer it is probably great there. The sea with golden sand, unusual). The water park is great, there were no queues, ride as much as you want, it would be even warmer))a bunch of slides, a wave pool, an obstacle course) They don't speak Russian there, but they sort of figured it out with gestures. And Ephesus (historical ruins) can be reached from the hotel by minibus (stops right at the hotel) for $ 2 in just 15 minutes)

we rested from 07/06/2012 to 07/15/2012 . the cost of the tour for 4 2 + 2 was 400,000. the travel time from the Airport is about 2.5 hours , after the Airport they are delivered last, at departure, respectively, they are picked up first. the city is about 10km away, a taxi to the nearest city in one direction is 10E. The hotel is aimed at Europeans and local Turks, there are no descriptions in Russian in full. Animation is carried out only in English and Turkish, in principle the hotel is clean, towels and linen are changed every other day, there is no smell of chlorine and the like in the pools, only those Russian-speaking staff from Kazakhstan (waiters / cleaning), MEALS... for 2 stars... , there is a lot of it , you will not stay hungry BUT.... there are also a lot of the cheapest quality : juices , mashed potatoes , omelets are all made of powders , any sausages, sausages, etc. this soy is of low quality. a wide variety of all kinds of greens and inexpensive food, for example, for breakfast you can find 20 types of grass and all kinds of vegetation, 5 types of omelets and so on, but it's all made of powders. If there is a children's menu , children except French fries and nuggets , onion rings , pastries did not eat anything , and if they tried , they refused to eat it . the fruits do not differ in ripeness and from the comments of the staff (this is not the season). the quality of food preparation... This is the 4th year cookery college. Alcohol : unlimited BUT : there are only 2 types of beer in bars (tuborg and Carlsberg are both produced in Turkey, champagne is only produced in Turkey, JP whiskey, there is NO other alcohol at all. Water park : a large number of slides, but only if the child is more than 120cm, there are children's pools and children's slides, all this is available and you can get into the queue for the slide for 20 minutes and if..IT's not a weekend and the water park is not packed with locals who are allowed in for 25 euros. then it 's like in the wild West , after skiing they drag buns to the sunbed and sit with them, queues on the slide for more than an hour , queues for buns that are not enough . the beach of the hotel has several dozen empty sunbeds - since there is always a wind from the sea and all the garbage is always near the shore, there is almost no one in the sea.

Nice hotel. Three-storey buildings, good rooms. Cool pools, cool friendly animation. Delicious varied food and friendly staff. A good water park, good variety of slides. Delicious restaurants, fishy chic in general. A lot of entertainment at sea, although all paid, but cool. The sea is slightly cooler than in Antalya, but it is quite good and clean. The beach is sandy, but the entrance is quite long and shallow.

The mattresses feel like springs, the pillows are sintepon. Breakfast is the same type of paper sausages. The water park is public. For pennies, local residents are allowed into it. There are 80% of them, you can see by the entrance bracelets. They smoke everywhere, you're afraid to leave your things. Everything in the water park is paid. Heartburn from free beer at the bar, worse than the Baltic Sea. The juices are powdered, the tongue is numb from chemistry. There are no Europeans, only Turks. The staff doesn't even understand a word of English. The refrigerator is not replenished. A maximum of 2 stars is worthy. The bus takes 3 hours with transfers. They won't tell you about it. In general, divorce, do not be fooled by advertising.

The hotel is super. We usually never go to the same hotel, but this one won us over and we came here for the second year in a row and the next year there too. 1) The daughter (10 years old) is delighted with the huge water park on the territory and the children's club. 2) The husband was satisfied with the "quiet" pool, where children under the age of 18 are not allowed. There is no music, silence and birds are singing. Evening animation is at a high level: no vulgar contests and "collective farm" amateur performances. Food is almost around the clock. The hotel is very close to Ephesus and about 2 hours drive to Pamukkale. The British are mostly vacationing, there are very few Russians, so there are practically no Russian-speaking staff.
