The service staff is completely illiterate. The administrator is a real "mambet". They sell contraband goods. Stolichnaya vodka is not on the menu, it costs 4000 tenge. Where is the financial police looking? They are calculated on each order. When customers are outraged, they respond rudely. When customers ask for menus to verify the prices, they refuse to provide them. There is absolutely no culture of communication. Customers are told: no one invited you here, if you don't like it, leave here. They threaten to call the police. They count on hand calculators and refuse to provide cash register receipts.
