I was served at this pharmacy today and saw how the visitors were rude to the pharmacist, the girl absolutely did not deserve it. She communicated with the visitors politely and quickly dispensed drugs, despite the huge queue.
It became interesting to me and I asked the girl about the sound recording camera, there was no sound recording, I would really like the staff to be protected from such boors.
I wanted to leave my suggestion in the book of complaints and suggestions, but I was in a hurry and didn't have time.
I hope you'll take it into consideration.

On 03/08/25, at 11.55 a.m., I came to this pharmacy to convert pills, asked the pharmacist what dosages there were for a certain drug, to which I received an aggressive response and a spoiled mood on such a holiday. Also, upon arrival at the pharmacy, the pharmacist was not in place for 5-7 minutes, but there were no signs of a technical break. Never set foot in this pharmacy again!!!!!

The service is not very friendly, the seller is not interested in helping the client (showed the name of the drug - did not even try to read it). The pharmacy is good, but today's attitude leaves much to be desired.
