I ordered a number of medicines from this pharmacy, among which was a jar with 120 Omega 3 capsules. At the time of receiving the goods at the New post office, I did not inspect the goods, as I hoped for the honesty of this pharmacy, it did not look like a sharashka office. As a result, it turned out that instead of a jar with 120 Omega-3 capsules, they put a completely different jar, from the same manufacturer, but another supplement that I did not need. I called the pharmacy, explained the situation, and eventually they confirmed that they had indeed sent me the wrong product that I ordered. However, at the same time, they categorically refused to send me the ordered Omega 3, as well as refused to make at least some kind of compensation. As a result, I lost $18. I emphasize! The pharmacy admitted that they did not send me what I ordered, but they refused to fix the situation in any way.
A lot of goods were delivered to me from different stores, even from other countries. But this is the first time when the seller admitted his mistake and at the same time categorically refused to refund the money or send what I bought from him. I still can't believe that this is even possible. This attitude towards the client cannot be tolerated. For me, this case will be the last time I bought anything in this pharmacy chain.
