Pharmacies are all good in Egypt. A large selection of medicines and the prices are simply great! But....you can buy a lot, but customs may not give the go-ahead for export. So I can recommend a pharmacy, because I have contacted them repeatedly....

They communicate. Penny medicines are sold for 10 times more expensive. I do not recommend it. The cash register monitor is not visible.
