There is an amazing pharmacist working at the pharmacy! He speaks Russian and English quite well. He gives good advice, and does not try to devour as much money as possible. Everything that is offered on free excursions from tour operators can be bought here 3-5 times cheaper: latex pillows, squalene, ointments and sprays from crocodiles, cobras and tigers, herbal medicines. There's a little souvenir department here
