A good round-the-clock Pharmacy, friendly staff. I haven't seen since 2007 in Russia that they sold a blister out of a box at a pharmacy, but here you can)

A good pharmacy. Medicines are always available, we have been using them with my wife for a long time. The prices are tolerable, not more expensive than in other pharmacies.
