An excellent and perhaps the best hotel in Gagra. The exterior and interior immediately set the bar high. The gastronomic variety at breakfast and dinner is amazing. During the 10 days that we were at the hotel, we managed to taste the entire range of cooked dishes. There was a live saxophone performance at the dinner on Tuesday and Saturday, and a violin performance on Thursday. From the comments, I would note the rather controversial choice of musical accompaniment and the looping of the same compositions during meals. Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed daily. At guests' disposal: beach towels, bathrobes, slippers and all necessary shower facilities. I was pleased with the stable operation of WiFi both in the room and throughout the hotel. In the room there is an electric kettle, cups and a set of tea bags, waffle bathrobes, slippers, all necessary hygiene products for taking a shower, a safe, air conditioning, a mini-refrigerator, a cooler and an ironing board on each floor. Private sun beds and umbrellas on the beach add advantages to the hotel's piggy bank. The sea is a 3-minute walk away, the Ferris wheel is 10 minutes away. There are many kiosks and shops around the hotel with souvenirs, homemade wine, oriental sweets and for some reason Korean cosmetics) There are countless offers with excursions near the hotel, you can choose the best value for yourself. On our second trip to Abkhazia in NG, we stayed at this hotel. We chose the price / quality! We were very satisfied! The staff is very attentive and pleasant, they will always prompt and help (which pleasantly surprised us), the rooms are amazing: beautiful and stylish, and most importantly, you can see that they are being watched! Special thanks to the chef for the food - everything is delicious and varied! Special thanks to the owners of the hotel for their attention to the guests: we were given a very pleasant surprise and a visit to the hammam in the spa area, and every evening the hotel hosted interesting events that took place in a warm and homely atmosphere!

The hotel is in a good location, everything is clean inside, excellent breakfasts and dinners-as the restaurant has everything, including quail, boiled tongue and live music. The margin on alcohol is simply scanty-you can not look for it in the city but safely take it in a restaurant. The waiters and maids are friendly. The discrepancy between the positioning of the SPA hotel and reality was a little frustrating. In 5 days we were able to get 1 massage and knock out an hour of hammam. A very inert administrator at the spa, a cosmetologist was ill, a massage therapist was released on vacation. Apparently, it was necessary to book everything before arrival. We went to the balneological sanatorium.
