I want to leave a review about the cafe Apsny, Gagra.
There are pros and there are big cons.
We came to this cafe before leaving, to sit and say goodbye to the sea.
But we were very disappointed, we ordered a Fried suluguni dish, and it was not possible to eat salt alone, we were not warned that this was a smoked cheese dish.
The administrator came, as it were, and said yes, the cheese is salty, but the products are all fresh and you will have to pay.
We didn't mind paying, but we thought that at least they would replace this dish, but no, they just took it away.
We had a better opinion of this cafe.
DO NOT TAKE THIS DISH THERE, SO AS NOT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

The service is fast enough, the food was served in about 20 minutes. We ordered vegetables for a barbecue, a cradle and a boat. The boat is just a fire 🔥🔥🔥 vegetables for three, but the cradle is not very. It is not the first time we have come to Gagra, we live in a hotel, next to the Apsny cafe.We avoided it for three years, we had an experience with sour okroshka and it was delicious.That was three years ago.This year, we are watching the people sitting, They have already accepted that the music is booming until 12 at night, thanks to Bir ears.We decided to spend the evening with my husband and drink beer in this cafe...The landing is not complete, the program has not started yet...the beer was carried for 25 minutes.apparently they ran to the next coffee shop..We waited an hour for the bill and another 30 minutes for the change...There are dumplings at the next table.potato. We had a family vacation in August 2023, the attention was attracted by a cafe near the shore. We decided to come in for a meal and did not regret it! An interesting place, very cozy with wonderful musical accompaniment. For 4 people, we ordered pizza Margarita, carbonara, Julienne, chakhokhbili , Caesar salad with fish and drinks! Everyone was pleasantly surprised, everything turned out to be VERY tasty!!! Great location, good atmosphere, pleasant music. Food: I really liked the pizza; khinkali is too spicy, even for me (I love spicy), there were three torn ones per serving, which is not pleasant (the juice all leaked out), French fries are delicious (if fresh, there was once, some strange one was brought); shrimp are the most, most ordinary, without any spices, and for some reason they didn't put a fresh lemon. The fish steak is just huge, keep that in mind))))). A variety of cocktails - those that we tried, mostly liked everything. The service is generally not bad, the waiters try their best, orders are given quickly enough, even with a full landing. The price tag of the menu is average. We have visited the cafe more than once, we will definitely look again on the next trip.

We were in love with this cafe in 2022, when it was called "Apsny". We arrived in 2023, but did not find it in its former form (The cafe was renamed and, unfortunately, the kitchen and service became worse ((.
Apsna had a cool territory, delicious khinkali (I remembered them all winter), all the dishes we tried were very tasty! Upset this year...the territory became boring, there were no hinkals even once, and we came more than once or twice...the dishes have become simple, as in the dining room you can say, but for money as in a cafe.
I can't say that it's very bad, but it got worse, upset.

We discovered this cafe on the very first day of our stay on July 18, 2022.! Beautiful sea view, clean and cozy. Our waitress Irina is the best 🥰 special thanks and greetings to her! The menu is varied, the products are fresh, the portions are large and beautifully decorated! We ate only there for 7 days. We tried a lot of dishes and not one was upset! The prices are reasonable. Live music, a wonderful performer. Shish kebab is easy to lick your fingers. Bartenders make delicious cocktails. Pizza, khachapuri are awesome, the dough is very tasty, special thanks to the kitchen! And of course the owners of this cafe! The beef was dry, the French fries were carried for 30 minutes, while it was cold and undercooked. I really wanted to turn around and leave. However, after a while she corrected herself and even began to smile, but the mood was spoiled. And there is really nothing to eat in Abkhazian meat, as it has already been written here. I got two pieces of meat and five pieces of cartilage and fat, a few pieces of vegetables and that's it... It turned out not tasty and not satisfying, which, by the way, is unusual for Abkhazia as a whole.

We were vacationing in September 2020, we discovered the cafe by accident and were primarily attracted by the beautiful view. But from the first visit to Apsna, it won our heart. We were in Gagra for 5 days and all this time we went to this cafe, and breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were only here. Delicious food, large portions, an adequate price tag. We tried almost all the menus, there were no complaints about the taste of the dishes, the freshness, or the time of order fulfillment. Although yes, I do not argue, orders are carried out longer than tourists who are spoiled by the service of big cities are used to. But we were in no hurry, ordered a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and admired the view of the sea. We did not meet any dissatisfied faces, the waiters (a blonde girl and a guy) were always polite, also the owner of the cafe was almost always in the hall, and the hostess in the kitchen. By the way, the nicest people! Of the negative impressions, there is only a scandalous company of tourists yelling at all cafes that the order is not carried like in Moscow.

I want to leave a negative review! We had a vacation with my husband in May 2022! The cafe attracted by its location. The waitress came over, very friendly. She was very much "crucified", smiling. I started selling the most expensive dishes. She said how delicious everything was!!! As a result, the kitchen is terrible, the fish was not fresh, it was dirty. The kebab was brought dry as if it was three days old. The only thing was delicious and fresh pita bread. It was the only one that was cooked right away. The money was ripped off as if we were sitting in the legendary and historical Gagripsh restaurant. I do not recommend visiting this cafe in Gagra!!! The sediment remained for all the remaining days of rest!

We were at this place last year and this year. The difference is enormous .. the quality of service has deteriorated incredibly , many reviews have already been written about the service : yes , everything is really slow and sad. The dishes were taken a lot and different , there were never any questions about trout on coals , lamb kebab , Greek salad , khachapuri . With everything else, something regularly went wrong ... not without the human factor, of course.. you can order pancakes with meat for breakfast, and they will bring you with cottage cheese and will explain to you with bulging eyes that you are a fool, you ask for coffee With sugar and Without, always "With" , you ask separately to bring milk to coffee, of course they will, but you need to ask at least 2 times, "suluguni" baked was very similar to Adyghe ( there may be other versions of other cheeses , but this is definitely not suluguni ) , eggplant baked with cheese , literally drowning in oil and cut in season so thinly that you just marvel at the skill of the cook .. unfortunately, it is not possible to have these slices in such a presentation. The chicken in the sauce is over-listened to insanely, a similar one gets into caesar.. which , by the way , did not include other components of the traditional recipe . And there are many such moments for other dishes.
10% for " automatically liked everything" in the form of tips, of course, completely dismiss the staff.. Why bother , I 'll get mine anyway . Terrible nutrition. We ordered a special dish - a plate of pork kebabs, wings, lamb ribs, brought burnt in charcoal, it is impossible to eat. They replaced it with 3 kebabs, waited for the order for more than an hour, probably went to Adler for a barbecue.
They forgot to pour the dressing on the salad at all, they brought dry vegetables, after pointing out the flaw, they brought the salad after 40 minutes, without oil - one bite. I do not advise anyone to visit this cafe.
