Stayed for 1 night. Good location of the hotel, 5-10 minutes to the sea, near the Ferris wheel. Beautiful garden on site. Pleasant and helpful staff. The room was standard with 1 large bed, surprisingly with a nice comfortable mattress and pillows. Simple but clean, individual water heater in the bathroom. Meals were included - full board. I didn't get to dinner, I didn't like lunch, but breakfast turned out to be surprisingly tasty.
A couple of comments about the hotel. Something needs to be done about the flies in the dining room, there are a lot of them there.
Cool dogs run around the territory, but early in the morning they played and barked on the spans where the doors and windows of the rooms go out, took clothes off the dryers. We need to block their passage to the stairs.

We rested at the hotel from September 4 to September 12, 2024. Thanks to the canteen staff. Delicious homemade food, pastries. Friendly staff. Thanks to the administrators. Polite, friendly girls. I would like to mention Rustam separately. All faults in the household.the parts were solved quickly. It is close to the sea in about 5 minutes on foot. The only thing that spoiled the rest was TEARING up. In my opinion, most of the vacationers suffer from it.

We had a rest in September 2024 in Apsilaa.We are happy with the rest. The food is good, like at home.the staff is friendly.bed linen and towels are changed.the room is cleaned. 5-10 minutes to the sea .there are tables with rattan chairs on site, you can have lunch or dinner outside.there are leather sofas in the dining room.It 's just a pity that there is no swimming pool on site.

This hotel probably hasn't grown to 3 stars yet and you don't know when it will grow up. For people who want to come here and eat something and not spend money in the store, then you are here. Everything is disgusting here, water disappears every day for an indefinite time. One kettle for the entire floor. The administration cannot provide rooms with hair dryers, kettles. Not even a bar of soap. You can still write a lot about this hotel, it's a waste of time. If you are offered a ticket to this hotel, you will first look at the photos and realize that you will throw money away. There are a lot of mosquitoes here too.

I flew in from Apsilaa the other day. I liked the hotel very much, the responsive administrators will always answer all questions and help. Homemade delicious food, if you go on an excursion early, you will be fed ahead of time. A green enclosed area where there are tables and armchairs under palm trees for relaxation. The sea is 50-70 meters across the street. There are many shops and cafes nearby. not so far away is a market with fruits, spices, food and things. I recommend this hotel, I'm going to return there next year.

My husband and I came on vacation to relax, take a walk and admire the nature of Abkhazia, so we only came to the hotel to spend the night, however, we got a room with two beds - we had to move it. Check-in at 14.00, we arrived at 13.00 and went straight to lunch), the food tastes fine, without frills but it's quite edible, I'm full))) my husband also, although he grumbled a little that they just put meat from stewed meat from a jar with noodles) as it seemed to us), the room is also fine, the linen and towels are all clean, the room is well cleaned, the refrigerator is really very cold (...., the sea is nearby a couple of minutes walk), and by the way clean!For dinner, they gave 100 grams of Peking cabbage salad and stewed cabbage (peppered into trash) with sausages (... a mini bun with poppy seeds and a sponge cake with a huge amount of soda, it is impossible to eat!!!!! We had a rest in June 2023. The location of the hotel is convenient. Near the water park, the embankment of the New Gagra, the Ferris wheel, the new collanada, the market. Close to the sea. The hotel has a guarded closed area. There is a small playground. The hotel building and the dining room are very beautiful. Palm trees, agaves, flowering shrubs grow. There are tables with chairs, and those who wish can eat outside. And just sit on the bench. The meals in the dining room are comprehensive (without a choice). Breakfast - porridge, casserole, egg, sausage, cheese, butter, tea, coffee. For lunch and dinner, cutlets, meat, chicken. To garnish, buckwheat, potatoes, horns, rice. Cucumbers and tomatoes are fresh and pickled. The food is delicious. There is a microwave oven. The hotel itself is small. The rooms are small. Our room was on the ground floor. Dark. The window and door open onto a balcony terrace, along which the residents of the neighboring rooms pass. It's not comfortable. The audibility is great. The room has a wardrobe (there are few hangers), a bed, a bedside table with a table lamp, a refrigerator, a small table and 2 plastic armchairs, air conditioning, a TV, mugs, spoons, plates. The mirror is small only above the sink in the bathroom. Kettle, ironing board on the terrace on the floor. Clothes dryer in the same place for 2 rooms. The bathroom has a very small shower stall, water was leaking from the pipes onto the floor. The noise in the pipes, especially at night, is strong. Of the bath accessories, there was only soap, 2 towels each. There are a lot of mosquitoes. The pills didn't help. The Wi-Fi is weak in the room. The TV showed 5 channels sometimes, but the signal was often lost. Light and water were periodically turned off. Cleaning was carried out every day. I really liked the hotel staff, pleasant, friendly people.

We are resting in this hotel right now, I can't say anything bad. We had full board. The food is delicious homemade food. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea, the territory is not large but green. Those who are used to comfort are definitely not here. The rooms are small, just to spend the night and watch TV in the evening. The only negative is mosquitoes, take a fumigator with you. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel and Abkhazia!!!

A nice, cozy hotel. The place is quiet, in a residential area)), 5 minutes from the sea. The staff is super! The administrators are responsive, kind-hearted, and will always help with word and deed. The rooms are cleaned cleanly, all requests are fulfilled. There is a homemade food in the dining room, although there are no juices or fruits, but we have never been hungry. I decided to write a review. We have been vacationing since August 18, 2023.It was not the first time we had a vacation in Abkhazia. This year we decided to stay in Gagra. As in all places of Abkhazia, clean air and warm gentle sea, that's why we go there! But Apsilaa is a modest little boarding house with a green area and responsive staff. All the staff are wonderful people. Special thanks to the administrator Elena, an attentive and kind-hearted man, for all questions to her and everything is being solved! Lenochka, thank you very much! But there is a fat minus in the boarding house - food! There's nothing to worry about! Unless it's breakfast, you won't stay hungry. I want to end on the positive side - thank you Abkhazia for the sun and the gentle sea!

A budget hotel with friendly staff. The room has all the amenities. The air conditioner works very well. There is always hot water, an individual boiler. Meals are 3 times a day, complex. It's pretty meager. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to the beach.

A normal hotel near the sea. There is a water park nearby. The embankment with a bunch of cafes. The hotel itself is simple, clean, the breakfasts are homemade. The territory is fenced, guarded, luxurious garden. In general, I recommend it because of the location. For unassuming tourists aimed at walking and not staying in a hotel.

Two stars just for being quiet, clean, and tidy in principle... In general, the disgusting attitude of the administration towards its guests. Be prepared that if the lights go out, there will be no water, no TV, no Internet... When it last rained, they said that the lights were turned off for 2 days. To the question of where to get water to at least go to the toilet, the administrator Elena (I ask the head to pay his attention to who works for you) she replied: there are pens, take the buckets and type in the nearest puddle. To the indignation of people, they explained: WELL, THIS IS ABKHAZIA... although all decent places already have at least some generators. In general, it's creepy. Also, no one warned in advance about the departure the day before, supposedly you know everything yourself... Well, such a thing... And this Elena, in general, is a boor who works on his own. In the rooms, as someone wrote, there are really mosquito guts on the walls. There is a candle, but without the light, which is often turned off is a useless thing. The TV is also about nothing. I do not recommend it. We're not going back.

There is a dining room, there is no variety, but they feed homemade food.Washing machine, cleaning every day.The territory is fenced, there is a place to put the car.Nearby is the Grand Hotel Abkhazia.Good location:5min to the beach,5min to the Assorted shopping center,7min to the market,5min to the spring(all draw water)The staff is very good.

I really do not recommend this hotel. I have been to many hotels in Gagra , there is something to compare it with .
1. Dirty rooms, walls and ceilings are all covered with traces of dead insects, the shower is in terrible condition
2. They took a fee of 200 rubles, although I had it paid 3 weeks ago, and the receipt was on hand. But they said it was valid for 2 weeks - a lie .

My parents were vacationing there and ran away from there headlong, a complete discrepancy between price and quality, time stopped there and I think even the countdown began!!

We only came to the room to sleep, the mattresses are very comfortable-it's not so easy to please us in this matter.
And also, there are a lot of mosquitoes in this place, keep in mind.
The administrators give a fumigator to the room.
Oh! An important point: the rooms contain prices from elite tour. We took a 3-hour horse ride. 🤦♀️ instead of 3 hours of walking -1.40, the route is not the one that was announced. We were picked up 40 minutes later, the horse ride itself started with a delay at 1.30. Well, the nuances of support 🥺

We had a rest in July, we really liked the beautiful territory, a lot of plants: roses, palm trees, huge aloes. There are tables and benches, you can sit and relax in the evening. Silence at night, which is not unimportant, you can't hear night music, etc. There is not enough pool, the territory allows you to make a decent pool, especially since the place is empty. The breakfasts are delicious, but they are repeated every three days, the cook wishes to diversify the menu, you can cook cheesecakes and, of course, there are not enough pastries. I didn't like that the lights were turned off, it happened every night and in the morning. If there are such problems in the city, it's time to think about the generator, after all, we pay a lot of money for a ticket. Room cleaning is so-so, of course. In 2 weeks, we changed towels 2 times, linen 1 time and washed the shower and toilet 1 time. Toilet paper was provided only upon request. Well, it's better for the staff to be smiling, otherwise in the morning they pass by like an empty place.

Beautiful flowers grow on the territory of the hotel, guarded around the clock by the police . palm trees, shrubs.There is a cafe where the chef will cook any dish of your choice at affordable prices. The room has everything you need: a comfortable bed with snow-white linen, a chiffonier, a bedside table with a night light, a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning, an electric kettle, an equipped bathroom with hot water. .The rooms are cleaned regularly. There is an iron and ironing board on each floor, and a washing machine is also available..Special thanks to the hotel administrators - Julia and Danil. We had a rest this year, in July, we took it for 10 days. We were in Abkhazia for the first time, we liked everything. The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is friendly!!The administrator answered all the questions and helped, well done!!! We took 3 meals a day, the food was delicious. You won't stay hungry. The sea is nearby, near the market, near the water park. Well, everything is super!!!
One thing is very important in the rooms, mirrors are needed, otherwise only one mirror in the bathroom! We are really looking forward to coming back next year!!!

We had a rest at the end of September 2021, the three of us, we were given a room on the ground floor, small, two single beds and one extra, mattresses and linen are good, everything is clean. Plumbing, air conditioning and TV are in good working order, the water is hot in the water heater without problems. We've been drinking tap water all week, no digestive problems! The receptionist brought us a kettle, plates, spoons and three mugs were in the room, the refrigerator is working! Special thanks to the staff, everyone is very very polite, friendly, helpful! We only had breakfast, we came at 8, the distribution system is interesting, do not wait for a buffet, a specific range of dishes, portions are put up for each person, for example porridge and omelette with pancakes, bread, tea/coffee, sugar, milk on a separate table, we ate enough, everything is delicious, clean, dishes It's good! We saw someone and had dinner in the evening, on order or boarding, I don't know. If we needed any more dishes, we went to the dining room, they gave us everything without any problems. The cleaning was done every day, the linen was changed every 3 days. The territory of the hotel is fenced, very well maintained, plants of incredible beauty, guards are constantly on the territory. The hotel itself is located away from the road, very quiet all around, 500 meters from the sea, the beach is large, very wide, the embankment is long, equipped, access to the sea is good, sun beds are paid, we took 100 rubles once for the whole day. There are a lot of shops, cafes, representatives of tour bureaus all around. We ate in restaurants, tried only local food, on average 1500-1600 rubles for three people went out, took different dishes to try. Very close to the hotel there is a Ferris wheel, a water park, but it did not work with us, there are a lot of places for walking. The local market is within walking distance from the hotel, various products for every taste. In general, for unassuming tourists, the place is amazing, old Gagra. We walked to Novaya Gagra once, from the Apsilaa hotel to the Colonnade a little more than 6 km, along the whole road there is a resort traffic, very interesting! We drove back from the Gagripsh restaurant to our hotel at night for 400 rubles, did not bargain, the driver was very talkative, gave us a mini tour, no provocations, no anti-national speeches, there was no sticking on his part, a very friendly man with a sense of humor. We are already in Abkhazia for the third time, in full delight, from the nation, from nature, from the atmosphere, from the sea, from the mountains, we will definitely come next year!

We had a rest in the last days of the closing season. A cozy area. Calm down, the birds are singing. There is a guard. The hotel fully justifies its two stars, so you need to understand that you are not eating at 5 stars, but at 2 and, accordingly, be less pretentious. The breakfasts are decent: monotonous, but the portions are excellent, the porridge is excellent, plus scrambled eggs and pancakes or pancakes. We ate enough and the morning started with a good mood!

Good afternoon! I stayed at this hotel in September 20. I join all the positive reviews, the hotel is super!! But there are some wishes: there is no pool, if there is a storm at sea, then I would like to swim in the pool, there were no pastries at breakfast and there is no coffee machine, in the morning it is necessary. The distribution is the cheapest instant coffee and no tea, but the cost of this hotel is not cheap. But this wish does not affect the rest of the hotel in any way. I probably won't stay there a second time, it's a very small hotel.

The hotel is modest, the rooms are small, the walls are thin, poor sound insulation, the doors open onto a shared balcony where there is a clothes dryer, ironing board and plastic chairs. There is only one hair dryer for the whole hotel. WI-FI everywhere, separate dining room, breakfast porridge, omelette, pancakes, tea, coffee; a couple of tables on the terrace. A beautiful green courtyard with cats, a Playground
for the youngest; the staff is friendly, a sweet birthday surprise is a pleasant bonus. Excursions can be ordered immediately, the prices are the same as on the street. The sea is nearby, but it is not visible - there is a residential 5-storey building, behind it a road, the Soviet-built hotel Abkhazia and the embankment. In general, everything was fine with us, it was quiet in the evening, a place to relax.

I was vacationing with my child in this hotel from June 11 to 21, 2019. I liked everything very much. Everyone is very friendly and hospitable! Everyone will tell you, help you! Everything was just wonderful! The rooms are clean, I can add to the description that there are two cups and a large plate. There is toilet paper and two small pieces of soap in the bathtub. The food in the cafe is delicious! There are many shops and pharmacies nearby. The sea and the market are also nearby. I really liked the little father!!breakfast is included,it is delicious, homemade,the best time to visit is October ,there are no people 600 rubles per person for breakfast ,fruits are cheap ,the sea is still warm,by the way, in October it is possible to rent an apartment for a month for 10t,many cafes where you can eat inexpensively and .and in the cafe on the territory of lunch and dinner for money, you can order a barbecue!!!!
