The best restaurant in Pitsunda in the field of nutrition, but perhaps not for every day. Good service. Nice design. The availability of fast WiFi and the ability to pay by card. High-quality food, with restaurant decoration and serving. Perhaps the advantages end there. The dishes are clearly very overrated, especially when compared to "normal" restaurants. We didn't have live music like the rest of the commentators. We came there through the whole Pitsunda to try khinkali and lula, by the way they are listed on the menu, but for some reason they were absent from the kitchen and apparently for a long time. The official advised wine at 500 rubles. for 200 grams. After Crimea, such prices for such volumes were a shock to me. Maybe I'm not a connoisseur, but in my opinion, for the same money, you can take as much as 1.5 liters of good homemade wine, which will taste just as good as the one offered. Since the kitchen could not cook the dishes that we wanted, I also asked for advice on the best dishes from the Abkhazian cuisine. We could only offer shish kebab, red beans and meat from Abkhazia. By the way, I didn't like it. But I won't say that it's cooked poorly, it's just that everything is very greasy and there are a lot of spices that interrupt all tastes. Perhaps Abkhazian cuisine is not my thing, judging by the cuisine of this institution. On the other hand, I always enjoy using lula, dalma and khinkali. As a result, it is an ambiguous opinion, but in general my satisfaction with this institution is three-fold. As they say, it's been better.
PS: I read the negative comments and changed my rating to 2. In general, I do not understand where such a high rating in Yandex comes from with such a number of negative ratings, there can be no way the score is 5.0 exactly!!! We rested in Pitsunda from 02.09.24 to 11.09. On the very first evening we visited Apsara, and we did not make a mistake with the choice! We have become regular guests here throughout our vacation! I liked EVERYTHING! The kitchen, we tried almost everything that was on the menu (and it is quite diverse) was always delicious, with a beautiful presentation, service: always friendly staff, help, prompt, waiters just fly!The grill is super. The waiting time is minimal with 100% occupancy!It is quite cozy both indoors and outdoors, everywhere is clean. Special thanks to Gudal for the musical accompaniment! In general, if we come back to you again! I definitely recommend you to visit, you will not regret it

My wife ordered a classic caesar and it was on a weak 3. The chicken is very dry and chapped, the sauce is just mayonnaise.Tomatoes are not cheri. I won't even write about parmesan. There is no parmesan. I was driving and asked for a milkshake, well, to begin with, it was brought to the Highball, it was just very little for a cocktail, and secondly, the taste was just "disgusting" and there was no smell of ice cream. Barely cool milk and a cap of whipped cream and that's it. Well, just 1-. No more. Well, according to this, everything else was evaluated through a negative prism. However, there is a plus, a lot of space for dancing.

We were a big company on 08/15/2024. We wanted to spend the last day of our vacation well and eat delicious food.We were terribly hungry with children, we specially ordered dishes that are quickly prepared. French fries were waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes!!! Drinks (mors and bottled beer) were brought 45 minutes later! The guys at our table received the order earlier than us, who made it 25 minutes later! The music is playing very loud. The cheese in the boat is made of rubber, the dough is delicious. The waitress is rude (unfortunately I didn't remember the name). We were very unhappy with the visit. After such a service, there is no desire to come to Abkhazia and spend money here.
If you open such a large cafe, then increase the kitchen staff, since 4 people can not cope!

Firstly, no one wiped the table on the street for us, we waited for the devil knows how long for ready meals, cook broth with noodles for the children the longest, our dishes were brought, and the children sat without food, although this should not be, first they prepare food for the children. Adults can wait. Well, noodles with broth are ripe, pieces of meat on bones with a skin, apparently you need to tear up this meat yourself to eat, and I note that the children were given food! Boats, it's a terrible horror, it's disgusting, it's not tasty, one dough doesn't smell like cheese around the edges, the egg has spread, well, it's such a pleasure to eat such a boat. I don't understand the rave reviews about this place and I don't recommend it to anyone. Money is definitely wasted. The waitress said that they bake the bun themselves, in the end it's just sliced bread from the store. We came there only because of an advertisement for an eggplant salad, once again I am convinced that we need to trust different bloggers less. There was no salad in the end.
We waited 15 minutes for the menu, 20 minutes for the order to be accepted, the price for the kebab and grams was indicated on the menu. As a result, they counted twice as much in the bill without warning.
I liked the pizza, khachapuri and compote. The kebab is terrible, greasy, overcooked to blackness. The dance music is normal, but when the soloist starts singing, the volume goes through the roof. I think it's okay for companies to have fun, but with children... Many people smoke, you have to breathe it. Order the service "on the dump" faster, do not ask questions. The waitress girls are trying to rush around, but the kitchen and hall are clearly overloaded. We definitely won't come a second time, I think there are quieter places with normal service. I don't recommend it.

After about 20 minutes, the waitress came up to us again and asked, aren't we going to drink anything? And we ordered lemonade for her. That is, she just didn't write it down. At the very end, the fish was brought. It was cooked for half an hour longer than a barbecue. And why? After all, everyone knows that fish is cooked faster than meat. And all because they just forgot about our fish. This was evident when I asked about the fish at the moment when the barbecue was brought. And it was only then that they began to cook it. The fish was not to say that it was not tasty, but also not to say that you could lick your fingers. She was as ordinary as in the dining room. But I was blown away when the bill arrived. A portion of chicken kebab, lettuce tomatoes cucumbers and khachapur cost around 2 thousand. But the most terrible thing was when I saw that another 2.5 thousand had to be paid for the fish that we waited an hour and asked to wrap up with us. A total of 4.5 thousand . It's just awful. And it's also clear that they didn't like my questions about why they haven't had fish for so long. When I asked the first of the 2 times, they answered me, "Well, if you want, we'll bring you raw, eat like this." I didn't swear at them and didn't even raise my voice. I tried to ask questions culturally without screaming. But I was just shocked by the attitude of the guests in this institution. And even the barbecue that is being cooked in the courtyard in front of our eyes was brought to me 10 minutes after I saw with my own eyes how it was brought into the building. It 's just a caper . Before I arrived, I received money from the bank, brand new bills. The waitress took the money and comes back after a while, she says she's torn up, we can't take her. I looked at the bill and I see that this bill is not new, battered. I say, this is not my bill, I have all new ones. You can't get the truth there. You can forgive the barbecue and everything else, but that's it.... Who will pay in large bills, carefully. I'll come and check which one was returned, maybe a fake one. But it's not like that, maybe it's normal.

Amazing impressions of this place!
It is located in the shade behind the shopping malls, it is very fresh, there is a fountain on the territory.

The restaurant is quite large, especially the summer veranda. It is located behind the shopping malls, which makes it secluded, but very close to the main street. The interior is designed in Russian style. The staff is polite. The food is delicious and satisfying. Despite the fact that the restaurant does not look cheap, we ate quite well and a lot- for three with 2 salads, three hot ones, soup, several snacks, mors, wine and ice cream came out about 3500-4000. In principle, almost anywhere you can eat is not expensive. But do not forget about caution- do not eat anywhere and be sure to wash your hands- you can catch rotovirus or poisoning once or twice.
