The cafe is located on the territory of the Apsara Hotel. The food is delicious, but... The officials don't seem to see the visitors. It is necessary to wait at least 20-25 minutes until they come up, although there are few people. There could be more, but people don't wait to leave. I watched while waiting for the order, two companies of 4 people each left indignantly. And you wait another forty minutes for the order. It would be convenient to sit there in the evening, because we lived in Apsara, but after sitting there a couple of times, we no longer began to visit this cafe. When the administrator is present, they run faster, and so barely.

Great cafe! We vacationed in June 2023, lived nearby, went here for lunch and dinner every day: as we entered on the first day, we fell in love at first sight. There is a good selection of both national and European dishes - and everything is very tasty. Very attentive and pleasant waitresses. You can sit both in the open air and under a canopy. We sat in the open all the time, as the weather allowed: either under a date palm or under a bamboo. Thanks to the hosts and staff for the wonderful emotions and gastronomic experiences!

The food arrived quickly, but we were alone at all the cafes, perhaps because of this. Carbonara is very tasty, khachapuri is not bad.

We were a family on 08/01/24, we went in at the beginning of the eighth, half of the tables were only occupied. Half of the menu is in the stack, the food was carried for more than an hour!!! The child was waiting for dinner... When the waiters asked where the food was, he just shrugged his shoulders, saying that's how it happens. The food is delicious, but the service is lame.

Cafe "Apsara" in the village of Ldzaa.
We try to sit there for 2 years and every time we fail, there is always something missing.
In that year / 2022, there was no cook to cook trout, there are not many dishes that are stated on the menu, people get up and leave. They wait a long time for the menu, then they go and take it themselves, who are not very patient or their patience is bursting, get up and also leave like us.
The tables are not cleaned after the guests, the waitress girls simply have no time, they run like bees.
Probably questions for the owners of the cafe, please pay attention, money and customers are flowing away like a river!
Great location, cozy place!
Hire more staff and everything will be fine!

I don't know what's good here, a typical cafe, they cook on average, the dishes ask for salt, but it's not on the tables, we ask, they bring it. Wine.We took two different varieties of semi-sweet white wine. What is it, that wine is at home in packs (tetrapack)there is no difference except the price))).The serving is generally not bad in terms of the overall appearance of the dishes. We went to dinner today (08/12/2023), we had extremely negative impressions. We ordered shish kebab, Adjarian meat, caesar, hominy, wine and satsivi with chicken. As a result: the satsivi was not eaten (the chicken seemed somehow spoiled); the shish kebab was raw (directly raw meat in the middle); the meat did not go into Adjara either (the beef used for cooking is just oak and hard, does not pierce with a fork, but breaks like cookies or sugar). All the meat ordered was fed to a local dog and cat. Of the advantages, I can only mention: the waiter's girlfriend (I don't know her name) white wine and cheese sauce!
After dinner, a couple of hours later, everyone has some unpleasant sensations in the gastrointestinal tract.

We lived in the apsara hotel and this cafe was one of the nearby ones, the prices were too high, we took the roast, waited a very long time, as a result, only 5 pieces of potatoes! There is also little meat, 30 percent of the whole dish is onion, the impression is so-so (if you go further away, cafes will be cheaper and tastier.

I was there three times, the first time everything was decent, but trout in vegetables is trout swimming in teriyaki, but as a dish it is normal. In the second, everything was also ok, except for the price for wine without presenting the menu 1100 at the price in the store for 300, which was already written earlier (no one drew conclusions, Yandex does not read). For the third time, the meat from the chef was obviously sour and cooked for an hour and 10 minutes, the waitress forgot about the dish I ordered. So decide for yourself, in my opinion they can handle pizza and cheese sticks, the rest is as lucky as you are.

We are extremely dissatisfied with visiting the cafe. The waiters do not know at all what is going on with them, they do not have a hospitable attitude towards the guests. I failed to eat twice.
On the first day, we went to have lunch on the menu, but we were told that now only the complex. They're gone.
On the second day we came to the complex, everything was fine and the cafe was rehabilitated in our eyes.
On the third day, we came to the complex again half an hour before its end. We sat down at a table with other people's plates on it. I had to catch the girl to put them away. The plates were removed, but she never found out what we wanted. As a result, we sat for 20 minutes, no one came up to us. And we also witnessed how another girl talked with other guests with irritation. We turned to the girl again, and she said that the complex was already over, although it was not yet 15:00. By the way, they offered the menu to other guests, so we were misinformed on the first day. We got up and left. We won't be coming back here anymore. Don't waste your time, go to another cafe.
By the way, there are more waiters in the neighboring yew tree, and the management on the spot tells them why the guest is sitting, but no one came up to him. Such a leader is sorely missed by apsara

We had a rest in 2021. We ordered a barbecue and a vegetable salad to take away, i.e. with us. The vegetable salad was chopped in such huge chunks that mom is dear. I've never eaten a shish kebab in my life, the child will cook it better. Judging by the reviews, the cafe may serve delicious food, but it is not possible to eat what is prepared for takeaway. The same story is in the Yew Tree. So if you want to take it with you, check and sniff what you put in the container.

We ordered a pan roast and a couple of salads. The waitress was nice, the order was delivered quickly. The roast is gorgeous. We were lucky :) Be sure to check the prices of alcohol.

I couldn't try the kitchen. We stayed at the Apsara Hotel for a week. We tried to eat 3 times. The first time we sat with the menu for 10 minutes - no one came up, we left. The second time the menu was just opened, the waiter said that the waiting time for the order was 40 minutes. We left again. The third time they said that the waiting time for the order was 1.5 hours and we - logically - left again. I really don't know what kind of cafe it is. But they fed us over the fence at the cafe Tis.
