A gorgeous place with gorgeous nature. Of the minuses, dogs are always begging and a large number of cows are dirtying the streets. But all this is compensated by the sea, mountains and nature.
I tried to book two junior suites by phone (via wat sap), but I haven't heard such negativity and rudeness for a long time. They picked up the phone with the words "well, what", in response they asked is the Apsara hotel I wanted to book two rooms for the 10th-20th, I definitely got there, she retorted in high tones with an explosion in her voice: "yes, this is the Apsara hotel, and you don't know where YOU are calling, instead of questions you need to say that you need to tell me the dates, I'll take a look," after that I hung up, then an insult message came to the wat sapa chat, but the truth was that this message was immediately deleted. Yes, I have not yet met such a thing in hotels, even the cheapest ones, as I wanted to go and I didn't want to, let them rest there and be rude to each other.
The food is of high quality, but monotonous, the rooms and cleaning are excellent, the staff is polite, moderately friendly, the location is good, the sea is nearby, there is not much place to walk in the evening, but 40 minutes walk to Pitsunda, and a taxi is cheap
Not bad, cozy and clean. The food is good. But! the location of the hotel is not very good. If you arrive out of season, then almost everything in the area is closed. Local taxi drivers charge crazy prices for trips. In the room itself, there are not even batteries and a coil in the bathroom (at least just to wash socks and hang them to dry until tomorrow). And the admin girls are unfriendly, they slow down terribly!
I really enjoyed my vacation in Apsara at the end of July. The food is a buffet, but what was my surprise when I said that I did not eat pork, And for dinner they brought me a separate chicken to garnish. The rooms are large and spacious. They are cleaned almost every day.The beach is a couple of minutes away through a pine grove.Next vacation back to Apsara.
The hotel is not bad. The rooms are spacious with a balcony, but they have not been finalized and already require replacement of furniture. I'm talking about the yellow case. We lived on the 7th floor. The headboard was all tattered, foam rubber outside, stains - it was disgusting even to think that a hand could touch it in a dream. Furniture with pretensions to elegance, but already worn out. The cabinet has 2 doors that don't work, they had to be pushed to open. There is not a single chair on the balcony, let alone a table. The room had a window that opens freely and overlooks the roof! There is no fence, no bars, nothing! If the child had discovered it and shown curiosity, the irreparable could have happened. Curtains on the windows are also formally present: the window is like on the attic floor (in the form of a trapezoid), and the curtains are standard (rectangular). That is, it is impossible to curtain some of the windows at all, which was very annoying when the bright sun shone directly on the bed during the day and the full moon shone on the bed at night. Another oddity is the window above the door to the common hall and stairs! That's why it's there?! There are only 2 hooks in the bathroom and that's it! There is simply nowhere to hang a towel for a child, a bathrobe or anything else. And for all this, we paid more than 90 thousand in 8 days.
Everything else is fine. Daily cleaning service. It's spacious. The room has a great sofa and a nice baby cot (on request). There are two chairs and two recliners. A table. Fridge. Conditioner. There is a rope stretched on the balcony and there are several clothespins. The balcony offers a wonderful view. The staff is polite and smiling. The dining room is clean, there is plenty of food for breakfast, no matter how many times you come. The cafe on site is good. The sea is 3 minutes away.
A cozy, good hotel. Clean, clean well, linen is changed on the fourth day.
The staff is friendly. The rooms are large, bright, and have a nice balcony overlooking the pine forest and mountains.
The beach is 300 meters away, near a shop, pharmacy, cafe, market, Tasi parking lot. Prices everywhere are all 200 rubles. starting with taxis and ending with fruits.
The food is good, everything is delicious, my grandchildren and I had enough. And most importantly, clean sea and sea air with the smell of pine.
The hotel is decent, the food is monotonous, the constant power outage was very frustrating. The sea is beautiful, we rested in August 2023 with a child of 6 years.
Users you need to know:
The hotel is not bad, but until some unforeseen situation occurs (flooding and other man-made disasters). In that case, you don't give a damn. This year there was a flood. We sat for 2 days without water, food and electricity until we finally left for Sochi. As a result: if you are lucky and there will be no precipitation, then choose boldly
I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The food was varied, there were always dishes to choose from. But the rotovirus ruined everything...And there's not much space for drying clothes, and we have three children. 2 towels flew off the balcony, it's good that at least one was found.
A wonderful hotel, clean and cozy, with spacious rooms and polite and friendly staff, the only thing that is missing is the half-board type of food, because there is only a type of either breakfast or full board, it is not very convenient

We lived in a white building in a junior suite. The room is large. It has been well preserved since its construction. The bathroom is also in good condition. Tiles and plumbing without any plaque or mold. The only thing is the dark doors - it's not practical at all. All prints and footprints are immediately visible))))) the dishes in the room are intact, without cracks and chips. The food is good. Familiar to the home. For breakfast there are two types of porridge, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cheese, butter, pancakes, pancakes. Every other day, the omelet and cottage cheese casserole with raisins were changed . I liked everything (except cheese. ..like sheep. For an amateur). For lunch there are two soups, two types of hot and two side dishes. Salad (like olivier or mimosa), and summer salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, greens). Beetroot salad. Carrot cake. There are similar options for dinner, well, without soup, of course. Desserts were made into yeast buns with raisins, chocolate cupcake, and charlotte. Tea, coffee (freeze-dried) for breakfast and dinner. For lunch, Morse.
Very good location. There is a shop and a pharmacy nearby. And 4 minutes to the gate to the beach. And then a couple more minutes through the territory of the pine forest. The beach is clean. There is a shower, changing rooms, sun beds (300 rubles for the whole day), boiled corn. The sea is excellent compared to Anapa. Free of algae, mud and mud from the sand.
There are playgrounds and sports grounds in the forest belt. As well as shops with everything you need for the beach. As well as trash cans (cleaned every evening).
One nuance of the hotel is a fairly frequent power outage. Although, of course, the generator turned on immediately. But a couple of times in 2 weeks it happened that it was turned on for a long time, apparently or something, and I had to wait to wash in the shower, because there was no water without electricity either.
Well, unfortunately, we all got sick with rotovirus. Apparently in a light form. The temperature is 37 and vomited for a relatively short time. But then I was weak for another day and lay in bed. But I was hoping not to catch it at all because we started drinking Maxilac a week before the trip.
And so in general, the place is very good.
This is a dream, not a hotel, the best in this location, and in my opinion it stands in the best place in Abkhazia, in general, only five points, reception, kitchen, staff, only the best impressions, we had two times, we will definitely go again.
Everything started well. The rooms are large. The food is delicious. But after the rain, the dining room flooded, which turns out to be in their basement. And for the last three days of rest we sat without light, water and food. We didn't hear any apologies, let alone compensation. Terrible attitude towards vacationers. Never set foot in Abkhazia again
A hotel with large rooms. The food is delicious. The beach is 5 minutes away, the road to it is pleasant, does not tire. The beach is nice, with a strip of pine forest. For those who do not like to sunbathe in the sun, you can have a great time among the pines.
We had a good rest in Apsara in June 2023, and in July the whole place of LDZAA, which is near Pitsunda, was flooded. We had a rest in Apsara, for the second time, everything is fine.
A good hotel, location next to the sea, the room has everything you need, towels, kettle, mugs. A wonderful breakfast, for adults and children. The hotel has a cafe, great.
We had a rest at the end of April. The hotel itself is quite simple, but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is divine! The homemade food is delicious. Special thanks for the pancakes!
Excellent location.
Polite staff.
Very tasty food. It's like home.
Clear.
Parking space.
An area for walking and relaxing.
The sea is very close, 350 m.
A gorgeous beach.
Only rotovirus cannot be defeated....
Very comfortable hotel, modern. The staff is polite, they clean the room every day! The food is homemade, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby (stones). Very beautiful!
Delicious, clean, the sea is close and very clean, affectionate, warm! We saw dolphins! The room is cool - big and with a balcony! We will definitely come back!
I don't know if it was a coincidence or how, but after the first meal in the dining room of the yellow hotel building, we had food poisoning. We stayed in the room for a day with terrible diarrhea. Today we decided to go to breakfast for the second time. By chance, our table turned out to be opposite the food hall, the door of which was open, so I saw trays of ready-made food standing on the shelves under the open windows. Consequently, nothing prevented the infection from the street from getting to the ready-made food. I don't blame the cooks because it is not possible to prove poisoning through their fault.
I recommend that the hotel administration install quartz lamps in the dining rooms and systematically use them for their intended purpose, provide kitchen and dining room workers with hats and gloves. Install anti-mosquito nets on the windows.
I wish you all a good rest.
This is not the first time we choose Apsara and we are satisfied every time! The rooms are large and cozy, the food is varied and delicious. The staff is attentive.
This year we were in Apsara, we really liked it, the hotel is excellent, cleanliness, homemade food is very tasty, the rooms are huge with balconies, 5 minutes from the sea. I liked the place itself, you can walk around the village, you can walk along the shore to the sandy beaches, it's about 3 km. Now we will go only to Ldzaa, to Apsara.
I went to Abkhazia for the first time. The impression is indelible. The cleanest sea, the hotel is 2 minutes away, near a pharmacy and a shop with everything you need. The food is decent, I didn't even have to go to cafes. Any excursions nearby. The market is a 30-minute walk away (and this is even a plus for those who like to walk a lot and not in a dream park, but in the shade of beautiful trees.)
The hotel is within walking distance from the beach. A normal combination of price and quality.

Overall, I really liked it. The hotel's infrastructure is excellent. The only drawback is that there is not a large area on the street for children. But it has its own powerful generator. Therefore, you will not be left without electricity, which is important for this place.
Great Hotel! I was pleasantly surprised that there is such a Hotel in Abkhazia! Clean spacious rooms, bed linen is always clean, not washed, changed every 3 days. The staff is polite and helpful. Excellent dining room, good buffet, everything is very tasty at home.
The food is good, although the coffee is only instant. We rested from 04.05 to 09.05.22. Located near the pines and the beach. The beach is dirty, Gagra is much cleaner
The staff is very nice and polite, special thanks to the girls in the kitchen.

I have been vacationing in Apsara for the second year.
The food is a buffet, delicious at home.
The room is spacious, has air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer ...
First line, three minutes to the beach.
Attentive staff.
Everything is fine.
Next year in Apsara.
It stands in a good location near the beach. The food is excellent. The admin girls slow down a bit, but this does not spoil the wonderful impression of Apsara, the sea and Abkhazia.
We are resting for the second year, the food is so-so, monotonous and began to cook greasily. my husband and I got sick with rotavirus.
The rooms are gorgeous, but if you can wash the floors with bleach, you don't feel it at all, maybe people were sick less.
