The name "Sail" justified its name, because of the 7 days of rest, we sailed for 4 days because of the rain, unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather. And it's good that we didn't save money and booked a room here, initially I was considering cheaper options. Spending time with children in a large room is much more pleasant than 12 square meters away) I really liked the hotel, of all the hotels and guest houses that we passed while walking around Pitsunda, Apra is the best! Stylish modern buildings, new furniture, a beautiful view from the balcony to the pines, a feeling of freedom and spaciousness, because there are no buildings nearby, just you and nature, a wonderful summer kitchen, without a sense of isolation. The hotel is, if not the closest, then one of the closest to the city beach (10 minutes on foot), to the sandy beach about an hour on foot or 15 minutes by taxi (50 rubles one way). Now about the cons: the only drawback is poor cleaning. I'm talking about cleaning on the day of our arrival, then, of course, no one had to do it, I cleaned myself. It seems that they just wiped the floor with a rag, dust and cobwebs in the corners, the sink was not washed. The same applies to the entire hotel: the kitchen, common openings, garden, everywhere there is a feeling of unkemptness, but this applies not only to this guest house, but also to the whole of Abkhazia, but this is a completely different story...

A very cool hotel, but the service is lame. There is parking on site. The rooms are stylish and equipped with all amenities. I definitely recommend it! But if you freeze from the cold, they will not bring you a blanket and you will have to sweat from the heat and stuffiness..

Good afternoon, everyone! We returned from Abkhazia a week ago and stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Not only did we book a suite at this institution in March, but upon arrival the receptionist said: I don't know anything, there is no room for you, take what you have. Although booking has never failed. In one word, they do what they want. The location is very good, but otherwise there are many disadvantages. There is no cleaning at all, comrades. I took a mop, a rag and washed the floors myself, because with children and a constant trip to the kitchen, you can't not clean!!!! The towel is changed for the 3rd day (and this despite the fact that you go to the administrator and ask for it and change it yourself). In general, the self-service system does not come out for small money.

Great hotel. We had a vacation with my husband in May and September 2019. A cozy room. The room has everything you need (air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle). The rooms are clean. There is a kitchen, you can prepare breakfast in the morning. There is a gorgeous beach 5 minutes from the hotel. There are a lot of cafes, we chose the "Yummy" (thanks to Yura for the recommendation). The polite and attentive administrator, Yuri, will always tell you where to buy what, where everything is located. We ordered an individual tour of the Ritz through him, and were very satisfied. A minivan came for us, the driver-guide told us everything in detail. Thanks to Andrey for an interesting story. We agreed on a transfer to the airport with the same driver.
We will come to you more than once. Now we advise all friends and acquaintances if you are on vacation in Abkhazia, then only your hotel.

Cons: mosquitoes and beetles do not allow you to sit in the yard. But this is not the fault of the owners. But they should be told that these are solvable issues. There are outdoor mosquito baits on gas.
