Excellent service, original spare parts. Once I repaired an iPhone here, another time I was very happy with the Mac. It is more expensive than in many other similar services, but the quality is much better, worth the money. Before buying a phone or other Apple products here, it makes sense to monitor prices from other authorized dealers, you can often buy cheaper.

I ordered it from the Kaspi Mac Book Pro store. It was written that delivery or pickup on the next day. I chose pickup. The seller confirmed the order, but for some reason not the next day, but the next day. Okay, it's not scary. A day after my call, they said that it would be another day, that they did not have the goods in fact and they were waiting for delivery and the goods would be exactly another day later. A day later, again after my call, something happened that never happened, I was sent to wait another day, since the goods had not yet arrived, but they directly assured me that it would be tomorrow before lunch. Well, the next day they called and said that the delivery was delayed, it is not known until what date, then of course I made the refusal of the goods. A terrible attitude towards a client who wants to pay a lot of money for a product. Terrible product management, why write that the product is there and it can be picked up when in fact it is not. Avoid it if your time is important to you.

I brought my son's XR for repair to replace the screen and back cover. Well, okay, the color was not the one we agreed on (we called, we warned). After the replacement, the rear camera twitches, there is garbage in the front camera. The child came to find out about the repair warranty – he was told that they had nothing to do with it and he would not prove anything. Such a thing…
A month later, the phone died – it stopped charging (I have no reason to associate it with replacing the display). But upon opening, it turned out that so much glue was poured that when disassembling the display broke – a white stripe covering the entire screen.
In short, avoid this service center.
