My wife was going to visit the guys to change the battery in her iPhone, and I just had the idea in my head to update my wife's laptop. The decision has been made, the call, a short conversation, I explain the situation - and then, as from that meme: - no more words. An hour later, a photo of a packed laptop and a bouquet of flowers in the cart, you can come. While the wife was arriving in mild shock from the gift, the guys replaced her battery. That's what the word means - customer orientation. I express my great gratitude, and I am sure this will not be the last visit.
