I purchased apple care to protect against accidents and damages the rain comes in dubai and its not working great i go to tHR APPLE STORE thinking im protected with apple care and then they say no you have to y like 300 dollars to get it fixed because we found some water in the lap top and so i say whats the point of the protection apple care and the manager says well you would pay 3000 dirhimas , mind you the coat of the lap top was 3300 dirhims so i would pay all the money again to fix my computer and again I say WHATS THE POINT OF APPLE CARE IF THATS HOW MUCH I PAY WITH APPLE CARE FOR AN ACCIDENT THIS IS SAD NO SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER
I have taken i phone 14 plus in October on 14 and returned the same as my son wanted pro max next day October 15.
Sorry to inform you that I have not received the refund till now.
I went to the store personally three times in these three months, every time they are telling the same sentence I will receive but till now nothing received.
The store manager I spoke to is very rude I’ve been there two times with my wife also she also requested to look into the matter but the lady so called manager is not even bothered to register the issue.
Once i met the finance head by name jyoti she also told that I will receive but till now no money not even a phone call follow up.
Expecting a call from the management before going legally to report to the legal authorities.
