The idea and the project were not bad, but the implementation is just terrible.
The hotel is located in the mountains, behind suburban areas that look more like ghettos. The road to it is narrow, broken and with a high slope. Not every car will drive into snow and mud. The locals said that not every taxi driver would go there in principle.
There is nothing nearby, respectively, within walking distance. You are either sitting in a room, or a taxi, or a rental car.
There is nothing on the territory and the territory itself is very untidy. Garbage, dirt, broken machinery, building materials. The appearance of the houses also leaves much to be desired, everything is done carelessly, the mounting foam sticks out of all the cracks, the foam is not covered with anything as a floor insulation, apparently the houses. You can clean everything up and cover it up carefully.
In the house that we rented (for 4 people, with two bedrooms and bathrooms), the decoration is done disgustingly, in violation of all technologies. From the shower, the water poured into the room, flowed under the tiles in the bathroom and under the floor in the bedroom. Naturally, all this then dries off and squishes, mold accumulates under the coating and God knows what else.
Moreover, it is clear that the repair was done recently, but so poorly that the paint is already peeling off, the baseboards are falling off. Everything is sloppy, blunder-blunder. There are no shelves in the bathroom where to put at least a glass with toothbrushes, not to mention cosmetics. Everything ended up on the floor. There are no cupboards, shelves, or anything else for storing things. One flimsy wooden hanger in the bedroom, with a couple of hangers. There is nowhere to put outerwear away, there is a strange little closet above the mini-bar at the entrance, where only short clothes can fit. As a result, everything is hanging on the chairs.
As far as I understand, no one really comes here on weekdays, the main attraction is couples and families for the weekend. We lived for a week, and on weekdays we were alone in the territory. There is a minimum of staff, they may be released on weekdays. The administrator took it easy for everyone (he tried very hard).
Breakfast is normal: porridge or scrambled eggs, omelet, yogurt, coffee, juice.
During the week that we were there, the electricity was cut off, and there were problems with the water for one day. There are a lot of ants in the house.
Well, I'll leave my opinion on this sharashkin office.
My friends decided to celebrate their one-year-old son's birthday, and they had been preparing for this event for a month or two. After a long search for locations, we chose this place. Since the administration promised to arrange an incredible day, meet the guests beautifully, at the entrance, take care of the children, provide cabins for rent after the event, etc. In short, we agreed, shook hands, everything was done in my presence, as we organized everything in a close circle, the evening cost 1,000,000, which we received as a result:
The traffic jams were knocked out several times, there was no heating, everyone was frozen, and there were also children at the party. The food was all cold, there was no cold water in the houses, in fact, no one even cooked. The poor staff was worried because there were no instructions from the management at all, all without work experience.
They asked for a discount, as less than 50% of the original agreements were fulfilled. To which the management of the institution, represented by Maxim, said that there would be no compensation and discounts, he was not satisfied, I was calling 102....what kind of people are you, Maximka....
In general, at some point I even defended him in front of the company, so as not to get hung up and spoil the situation. But the last trick is to load an additional 700k, with an already paid bill, the load is full.
The New Year's Eve mood turned into a nightmare before Christmas.
When booking a sauna house two weeks before arrival, we expected a cozy stay. But the reality turned into a complete disappointment.
The day before arrival, it turned out that there would be no sauna. We were offered compensation: dinner or a refund. Okay, not critical.
On the spot, we were met with a demand for a cash deposit or the surrender of an identity card (which is illegal). When asked about compensation for the sauna, the receptionist replied with a grin that "they don't owe us anything."
The cabin turned out to be unprepared. The path was buried in snowdrifts, and the heat was inside. The amenities included a dirty glass, two tea bags, a missing kettle, bottled water and a second glass. The promised Netflix didn't work.
In the bathroom, there's a half—used tube of gel among the disposable hygiene products. The administrator kept leaving, promising to fix and configure everything. When we insisted that she stay, we heard that she had "other houses to cook." And our house probably doesn't need to be prepared.
The restaurant turned out to be empty: no waiters, no chefs, half of the menu was missing, there was no alcohol, although there is a bar card. The promised garlands were supposed to light up at 8 p.m., but by 10 a.m. it was still dark on the grounds and on the balcony.
My nerves gave out. I asked for a refund so we could leave. The administrator contacted the director, who instead of apologizing began threatening the police, calling me "inadequate."
It was the worst vacation of my life. I've been to other countries and in a variety of places, but I've never seen this level of attitude anywhere. I strongly do not recommend it.
