The girl and the guy (consultants) exchanged glances with each other, looked at my purchase request as if I was requesting a flight into space and they had not yet realized the availability of such a service in the service.
"and who called you? Did you talk to the guy?". As a result, they have only 1 TB available in this color and only the other colors have the required amount of memory.
If your service has inconsistencies, do not display this to customers. I did not call the bear in the den and did not go just like that, but specifically for what was approved in stock.

I've bought apple mobile phones from them more than once. Everything was fine. But two days ago, I ordered an iPhone of a certain color from them through the shopping cart. They called me back, confirmed the order, and arranged for me to pick up the phone. But when I arrived, it turned out that the phone had been given to the courier for another customer. The most upsetting thing is that they didn't even call back and didn't report the absence of the product.
I bought 15 pro max on my birthday, July 31, a wonderful smart, I didn't know that it would impress me so much, after all, I looked at a lot of reviews, I liked that the iPhone itself is fresh (produced in June 24, for the Kuwait market). The price is slightly higher than the competitors, but at least thank you for not having ugly additional seals on the box. I was attracted by the fact that you can watch their alleged iPhone live there, but as it turned out there were only dummies, but it's a pity. Terrible attitude towards customers.
I wanted to buy an iPhone 16. I called at about one o'clock on the phone and arranged to pick up the phone in the evening of the same day at the pick-up point for the Winners.
Arriving at this "store", another person already said that there was no phone available and I needed to call and ask the person with whom I was communicating.
They told me on the phone that a woman had come before me and taken 2 phones, so there was nothing left for me.
As an apology, they offered me free delivery on another day, although their delivery is already free.
But to place an order, I was asked to return to the store or place an order through the website.
After such an attitude, the desire to buy anything here disappeared. I ordered the desired phone from another store even cheaper.
The whole family have been customers of the store for 6+ years, bought equipment for themselves, parents, recommended to friends - up to one point. An iPhone was purchased in March. After 3 months, a defect appeared on the screen (a broken pixel). Having contacted the store with the requirement to replace the device with a new one (according to the ZoZPP), they began to "hang noodles" that they would take to Europe. In the act of acceptance and transfer, the deadline for "correcting deficiencies" is prescribed for this in 60 days (important: I did not require the elimination of deficiencies - I required a replacement. Even with the requirement to eliminate deficiencies in accordance with the ZoZPP, the period cannot be more than 30 days in agreement with the buyer). The seller in the store, in response to my remark about violating the law, said "I don't like it - buy bullhorns" and "we are guided by Apple's policy" on replacing devices (the store is located in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Belarus and is obliged to obey primarily the laws of the Republic of Belarus). I had to contact the management, make a pre-trial claim and communicate on the record with an explanation of the articles of the law. Only after that, the head promised to check the device within the time limits stipulated in the law on consumer protection (whose fault was the defect). At the end of the allotted week, I had to contact the head myself - they said that "the deadlines are being delayed" and agreed to refund the money. After this incident, improper deadlines (and absolute ignorance of the law on consumer protection by the store's employees) and the lowest level of service, we will never contact this store again and will not advise anyone.
The power supply is NOT THE ORIGINAL! I bought it more than a year ago, they said it was the original… It turned out that even the serial number on the box did not match. The unit started to heat up, only after that I noticed

I bought an iPhone 15 pro from this organization, the girl did not pay any attention to my friend and me from the very entrance ... it felt like we came to the bazaar for potatoes. They asked me to bring several models of different colors, and, of course, I wanted to see the boxes, for reliability (because the purchase is not for 3 kopecks anyway), to which they immediately received the answer: - girls, this is not a store, but a pick-up point, tell me immediately what color and model you need. Although I clarified all questions on the phone about the consultation in the store itself, because they asked me to drive up to the office myself, instead of arranging delivery.
In general, what is the result: after the purchase, they did not even offer to purchase anything additionally (power supply, case, protective glass); the girl did not help in any way, everything had to be pulled out by themselves and consulted with a friend through social networks (it took a lot of time for this), and the girl most likely just waited for her food delivery And she wanted us to get out of here as soon as possible.
I'm an unpretentious customer, but they could have already given me a bag.
I also called the warden, who sneered at us as if we were animals in a zoo.
We bought an iPhone 15 pro max here. I really liked the attitude of the seller's girlfriend, explained and showed how to handle the phone. I transferred the data from my android. Without haste and very friendly) We were satisfied with the store and the people who work here☺️

Excellent prices, good quality - the product is always packed, never opened. They always compete well and apperatively with other stores in prices.
There are only iPhone cases. When you want to buy an iPhone, and then reset to factory settings, the SIM cards do not work as a result, the brick lies and there is no one to sell it for a normal price.
I bought an Iphone XR here a couple of years ago, everything is clear. I recently bought AirPods 3, everything is also clear. If you want to buy 100% original Apple hardware and not worry about it, go here.
