Hello!I remember when I was in Aktobe, I often visited this chain of canteens. There are more than five establishments in the city, and I was looking forward to opening a new outlet near my work. However, unfortunately, my expectation was not fulfilled. Everything turned out to be much worse, starting with the administration and ending with the cleaning. So, in order:
1. Administration. Unfortunately, the management of this institution shows complete incompetence. From the first days of work, they failed to convey the rules of behavior in the dining room to visitors. I understand that this is not a five-star restaurant, and different audiences come here, but it amazes me why the staff allows children to stand on tables and chairs in shoes. It is pointless to talk about this with parents if they do not control their children themselves, but where is the administration at this moment?2. Maintenance staff. It is especially worth noting the work of dishwashers. It feels like they just throw all the dirty dishes into one basin, and then wipe it with a rag. I have noticed more than once that after using cutlery, fat remains on my hands, and traces are visible on the plates, as if the institution has been around for many years, although it opened only two months ago.Table cleaning. 3. The employees responsible for cleaning are clearly not coping with their duties. You come to an institution, and it seems that about 30% of the tables are empty, but most of them are not cleaned. Jobs often remain in disarray until they are told to do so. It is unclear why it is not possible to immediately remove the tables after the visitors have left, so as not to create a sense of chaos.
4. Kitchen. Chefs generally do their job well, but there are several items on the menu where the quality could be improved.
I hope that the administration of this institution will objectively take my criticism and take measures to eliminate errors and shortcomings.
