I bought a printer for almost a million and it turned out to be defective, and they also tried to prove that it was working and did not show the conclusion from the warranty center. In general, they did not want to return the money until I myself, through friends from the department, reached out to the owners of the copier. Moreover, they do not even have their own loader, so those who want to order an MFO or something dimensional, then this is for you, and in general they turn out to be not authorized contractors. I hope it was useful, it's better not to contact them, but look for normal suppliers through official representatives of brands that you are going to buy.

We bought a lot of goods in this store. As the question arose about the return of the monitor, which, according to the recommended parameters, the employees of this company did not fit, as soon as the crayfish backed away. All agreements were made in words, as with normal adequate businessmen. It turned out to be the opposite. All the directors are not in touch at once and all left at once. everyone is pointing the finger at each other. The result is that before deciding to purchase something, think about it 100 times and confirm it with written agreements. There are also a lot of products on the site that they simply do NOT have.
