Firstly, there was dust on the air conditioner, when we asked to remove it, the cleaners brushed it off with a dry towel, and when we began to complain that why did they do that and you can suffocate from dust now, they sprayed with air freshener and that's it. Secondly, small insects were running around the pillows in the bed, we did not understand who it was. we asked to change the bedding, nothing changed, we changed the room. bed linen is not changed unless you ask. If you don't put up a cleaning thing, then they won't clean up. the pools are very small. there was also a very strange faucet that was spilling through the sink. TVs are also mostly not very good. hair dryer, air conditioner, towels, shampoo, shower gel, glasses, shower cap, router in every room. bed linen with holes and stains. when I was moved to another room, immediately in the new room there was lipstick and a hole on the duvet cover.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to Patong beach 10 minutes, 5 minutes to Jungceylon and Bangla Route, there are many cafes and restaurants in the area with this hotel, that's it! A terrible dirty hotel, they clean up, if you can catch a maid passing by near your room, and ask a hundred times, then the cleaning will be like cleaning, they just threw out the garbage and washed the moles - this is the whole cleaning (in 2 weeks the towels were not changed, the bed linen, too, is all stained, holes) The mirrors are dirty, it was scary to go to the toilet, there were no chairs or a table on the balcony, there was no place where you could dry things, a cockroach ran through the bathroom, the TV did not work (somehow replaced with a work TV) the staff did not care about their guests at all, you will not achieve anything that you will not ask, they pretend that everything is fine and that's the end of the conversation, there is zero customer orientation. But in fact, the whole horror began with the reception, dirty sofas, sagging, were occupied for 2 hours. Music from the cafe, the noise of the road, the neighbors can be heard. Breakfasts are more or less common as in all threes. The pool did not work in 2 weeks. I did not understand what kind of spa and resort this is, it's funny, by God) A ticket to this hell hotel with tickets from Irkutsk cost 90 thousand from one for 2 weeks, according to the photos, initially nothing confused me, reviews of this hotel as everyone has good, there are bad, did not pay much attention.
Yes, of course, you can go to this hotel on fire, but not for the full price.
If you do not want to spoil your vacation, it is better to overpay or consider options for other beaches)

Well, the order of prices in this hotel starts from 1000 baht per room per day. the hotel has excellent breakfasts, a wide variety of dishes and fruits, following the example of the buffet. there is a grill, live music in the evening. There is a market and a large shopping center "Jangseylon" nearby. There are a lot of cafes and McDonalds in the area. to go to the sea a couple of blocks through the famous "Bangla Road". Patong beach is very dirty. the place is mainly for parties and young people. a lot of debauchery and free-selling marijuana.

We were in it in December 2023. The 3303 number corresponds to 4*-5*Turkey. Huge bed, central air conditioning, separate air conditioning, balcony. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The only negative was that the safe did not work and because the room was transformed into a family room due to adjacent doors, sometimes the grumbling of grandmothers who lived in the next room could be heard. But it was more amusing. We apparently got into some kind of renaming of the hotel or someone bought it, because the renovation and alteration of the cafe area and the rooftop bar where the pool began. That's why the rooftop bar didn't work at all. The breakfasts are very good and quite varied. Juices are probably natural with pulp. The rooms were cleaned when the sign was hung up. I was surprised that the cleaners come into the room barefoot. They leave their slippers in the corridor. They clean well. The water in the refrigerator is replenished if the chang was put on. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and towels are replenished. WI-FI in the room and throughout the hotel is excellent! Parking for cars across the street, we took a motorcycle so no problem. Bangla Road is 5 minutes away but there is no noise.

The check-in was quick enough, everything is fine. It's clean enough. There were only large towels, there were no small ones. It's noisy, of course, but we initially understood where we were going, we appreciated the location of the hotel. There are certainly advantages from this, too. There have never been beach towels. The breakfasts are not bad, but monotonous.

Pros: excellent location, 10-15 minutes to clean Northern Patong - walk towards the Hospital. 5-7 minutes to Banzan Market and Jangceylon shopping center. Near the hotel there is a good red exchanger, a tour desk where Russian is spoken, FemiliMart and Phuket Tour, where tom yam costs 99 baht.
The room has a nice bed with a normal mattress.
Cons: dead furniture, vegetables and fruits at breakfast are not covered from flies.

On the balcony, the laundry should be dried only on the railing and on the stand of the air conditioner, we did not fly away. The pool is upstairs (by the way, it is in the main building, and we were in some further away) the pool is good, not big, you can meet the sunset sitting in it, at a table or on a chaise longue, there were almost never any people. There's also a shower. Beach towels are available at the reception. Breakfast is monotonous, but you can eat - you won't be hungry. The restaurant in the hotel itself is very good, seafood is grilled in the evening, everything is delicious and the price is adequate. In general, the location is good, not noisy, but everything is nearby, the market, the big Ceylon shopping center, it's close to Bangla, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, it's better to go to the right through the hospital, the sea is cleaner that way)) well, or through indrive to order a taxi to neighboring villages. there are shops nearby too. A very nice hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel itself and in the rooms. There is free Wi-Fi on the ground floor. The rooftop pool was always clean and the water was at a comfortable temperature. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed (for those who like cleanliness, this is a huge plus) It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea to Patong Beach. About 10 minutes walk to the night market and a large shopping center. The hotel has a restaurant where the food is not very expensive, but delicious. Pros: great location. Everything you need is nearby. Bangla Road is a 5-minute walk away. All shopping malls, markets and so on are generally within walking distance. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs. There are 2 pools, one on the roof, shabby, but in the morning, while the room is being cleaned, you can sunbathe there. Basically clean. Good breakfasts.
Cons: the most Russian hotel in Patong with all the consequences. Drunkenness at the reception, Tagging and so on is quite common. The room stock has not been exposed for a long time, it is quite tired. Cleaning services: then they won't put water on, then they'll forget the towel, then they won't bring shampoo. The 50 baht left in the room solves the issue. In general, if you are going to actively relax, but you need to throw things in the room and spend the night, it is a good option. If you like tranquility, or family, it is better to choose a quieter and more comfortable place, for example, the nearby Antakira hotel.

There is not much of its own territory, there are two swimming pools, its own restaurant, reasonable prices, live music in the evenings. The rooms are cleaned every day. Air conditioning in each room.
The language of communication is English-Thai-Russian symbiosis. The deposit is returned honestly, there was no setup with tinted towels.

The staff is good, they practically do not understand Russian, but there are no problems, gestures and a smile do their job. We lived in the main building on the 3rd floor. Everything works in the room. Cleaning every day. They couldn't figure out the safe right away, they called an employee, came right away and explained on his fingers. The restaurant at the hotel is good, live music in the evenings (Thais sing Russian hits). Gorgeous fish dishes. We've tried it in many places, but this restaurant tastes better and is more affordable. A deposit is required upon check-in. We gave 3 tr. , they return it upon departure. The rooms require minor cosmetic repairs, but it didn't bother us.There is no noise from the street, except for those who like to drive without mufflers :). The breakfasts are monotonous, but edible and do not bother. The hotel is priced according to the quality standards. Good luck to everyone!

I have stayed at this hotel twice. It was great in Building 3. In the 4th building it was not bad, but the view from the room to the wall of the neighboring hotel was depressing at first.
