Subjectively, it is the worst fast food chain in the country. I didn't think that anything could surpass the Russian Poppy in this regard, but Apex is out of competition. Everything I've tried is tasteless at best, and downright disgusting at worst. The strips were with the smell and taste of grass. In the lavash, only pickled cucumbers had some taste, and meat and cheese were still the same grass and cotton wool.
And yes, the service is lame on both legs and it doesn't matter what language you order in, you need to repeat it several times, they constantly ask again and as a result, they can still misunderstand - take it with you when you order in the hall or vice versa.
The waiting time is also inadequate - it is unrealistic to wait less than 25 minutes for a simple order from 1-2 positions in an empty hall.

On the plus side, the pizza was cooked in 10 minutes. We ordered a pizza "4 cheeses" in size M. It's not a bad pizza, but it tastes a little empty, because we didn't find the dor blue cheese declared in the composition. And at a price of 105,000, it's expensive for such a pizza.

The repair is partially broken, and this is not the designer's idea. The tables are dirty, no one cleans. The staff in the kitchen works without gloves and touches everything, terrible unsanitary conditions. It's terrible, we attended a children's party with Santa Claus. The soap bubble show, slime show and aquagrimm were pointed out, in the end none of this happened. The waiters do not understand Russian or understand it very poorly. The cost of the playground is 50 rubles per hour per child, as I was told. All the food is in disposable dishes, and the cups charge 600 sums apiece. There are no complaints about the interior, but the rooms are very small and not quite suitable for children's shows (which are not free). There is only pizza from the food, they cook it with their bare hands, judging by the videos that they themselves play on TV. There was simply no water without gas for children, and even with gas, it was kind of deficient, judging by the expectation. The pizza itself was not cooked correctly, because the dough did not reach and it was a little damp. In general, we will not go there anymore
