I do not advise, recomend. Very poor hotel. First of all it's made out from old building and the rooms are not decent. There was not bedcover, just wet bedsheet. The room that they gave me they prepared in front of my eyes.
We stayed at the Aperol Hotel and, in general, the impressions were mixed.
One of the advantages is a good location: only 3 minutes to the train station and 5 minutes to the airport, which is very convenient for those who are on the way. There is a beautiful terrace where you can relax, and the rooms are comfortable and clean enough for a two-star hotel.
Of the disadvantages, the reception service leaves much to be desired. Sometimes you have to wait up to 30 minutes to check in, and even with confirmed armor, difficulties arise.
As a result, the hotel is suitable for a short stay if you are ready to turn a blind eye to minor inconveniences, even taking into account 2 stars.
I was there three weeks ago, I was very tired, the phone battery was low. I needed to charge my phone and relax a little on the couch. I was well received at the reception, I recharged my phone, sat on the couch and bought a beer there. There was no harassment from the administration. Everyone is treated politely, regardless of whether you rent a room there or not. From the point of view of morality and humanity, we can say that this is an excellent institution where you can have a good rest from the hallway, not to mention the room service itself. I advise you for those who stop in Tashkent on the way to relax after a long trip.
A good hotel, a nice veranda where breakfast is served in the morning, the kitchen is very good, the food is delicious. The hotel staff is polite, they asked for a kettle, brought it to the room, asked for an iron, and brought it right away. One minus in the shower smells from the sink, and so in general, a good hotel for the money
An excellent hotel, especially convenient for those who are very close to the train station and airport, a quiet area, and the staff is polite. I advise everyone
I don't recommend it, it's a bad hotel. I paid extra for a late check-out and left quietly on business, left my things in the room, came at 18:00 and my room was already rented to others and my things were collected and silently evicted
That's the attitude towards people
Clean rooms, reasonable price, pleasantly furnished terrace, welcoming young people at the reception. Only the staff serving the rooms and in the restaurant are cool about their duties.
A great and cozy hotel. The employees are all very responsive. We are from Turkmenistan, we rested in this hotel for ten days.We liked the cleanliness, attentiveness of the reception and kitchen guys very much. I advise all guests of Tashkent to stay at this hotel. Many thanks to the receptionist…
We stayed with family and friends. I didn't like it. The bed linen is stained, there is a smell of sewage in the bathroom, some black hair is lying around everywhere. In our family room, the light in the bathroom turned on only with the light in the room. It is very "convenient" to go to the shower in the evening when everyone is already asleep. The breakfasts are not tasty, very primitive scrambled eggs with sausage made of paper. The only thing I liked was the employee at the reception at 4 a.m. helped us load our things into the car.
Hello everyone, we stayed at hotels in April 2024. pleasant hotel, polite staff, clean rooms, acceptable breakfast, the manager is very sociable, can recommend. We arranged a farewell bonfire for those leaving, which is very pleasant😊
The place is very bad, located in the basement. There is no condition, everything is audible in the next room, they were lovingly engaged until morning, they did not let me sleep properly. It stinks, but it doesn't
Great. Close to the railway and the airport. Clear. The guys from the reception help with everything. They even ordered food for me) and brought it to my room) when I came hungry from a long walk. The breakfast is quite hearty. Getting to the center by taxi is fast and cheap.
the service is good, the staff is hospitable, the cleanliness is moderate, the atmosphere is just super especially on the terrace, the rooms are nice and comfortable, breakfast is like in all hotels
We arrived at 12 o'clock to wait until the plane. I read in the reviews that they give numbers very undisciplined. That's right. We got to the beginning of the check-in. With acceleration, they offered to settle in a 5-bed family room instead of a double room. We waited for half an hour, but we settled into a family room anyway. The joke is that the departure is announced at 11:00. The room is generally clean, although the dents in the wall raised a question. We didn't get to breakfast, so there are no comments. We chose it because of its location: between the railway station and the airport.
We rented a room for 4 people. A huge room, fresh furniture, clean linen, slippers, towels. Location near the train station and the airport within walking distance. Breakfast included (not buffet)
My experience of staying at this hotel turned out to be extremely negative. Upon arrival, we were informed that the room we had booked in advance was occupied, because our reservation had been forgotten!
Even more depressingly, none of the staff apologized for this situation. The lack of professionalism and lack of attention to customers made our stay unpleasant. I am deeply disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it to others!
This place has become almost like a home for me, almost every day I come here, go up to the second floor and enter the world of pleasure and pleasure. ( I want to pay special attention to the terrace , it 's very cool to sit there and devour food ) I wish each of you to get the same emotions from this place!
Thanks to the guys at the reception, well done, they helped.Only minus in the bathroom, the toilet stinks of sewage.I spent the night for 2 days and felt at home😊
Clean, breakfast is fried eggs every day, there is no noise insulation, you can hear how they breathe and walk behind the wall, not to mention talking.
