This is a wonderful hotel 4 km from the border with cozy rooms, with lots of areas where you can sit: kitchen, terraces, balconies, swings. There is a huge kitchen with a TV, three work areas and a variety of dishes. Barbecue, cauldron, Playground, Parking for cars - everything for a good rest. The sea is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Friendly hosts who will always tell you where you can go and help you organize an excursion.

A very nice guest house for families with children. Large cozy rooms, friendly atmosphere, friendly hosts! There is a large kitchen area where you can spend your free time and chat with your neighbors. Everything is available for a pleasant stay.

There are dog friendly establishments. The Orange Hotel turned out to be cat friendly. We don't rest without a cat. Natalia and Alexander kindly allowed our cat to relax at the hotel with us. Thanks a lot to them for that. We chose the last room on the third floor so that no one would disturb us. The room was wonderful, bright, with chic furniture and plumbing and an unforgettable view from the window. The room had EVERYTHING you needed. Julia's assistant (if I'm not confusing the name) always brought towels and bed linen without a reminder. The communal kitchen had everything for cooking. But we went to eat at a nearby boarding house in the dining room, because we don't cook on vacation. There are also 2 washing machines (to my surprise, using them was free). We also did not use it, because I wash it with my hands on vacation. Natalia and Alexander arranged for us a free transfer from the border and then a return delivery there. Check-in and check-out are not standard after 14/before 12!!! We left after lunch and no one charged us extra for not leaving before 12. In other places (but not in Abkhazia), if you did not leave after 12, you were charged for a full day! Special thanks to Alexander and Natalia's son Ivan. He took us on excursions several times. He showed and told a lot.

We are regular customers of the Orange Hotel, for the fourth time we came to relax at the sea with a child. Here are cozy rooms, the atmosphere is good in the room, elegant satin bed linen. Towels are changed every 5 days, linen is also brought. In the backyard there is a small playground for children with swings and a slide. If you choose a room on the second and third floor, then these rooms have balconies and beautiful mountain views. Each room has a mini fridge. You need to bring a hairdryer with you. There is a kitchen in the courtyard where you can prepare food.

Good location, 250 meters from the sea. Nice rooms, there is an opportunity to cook and eat in the summer kitchen. Nearby there are cafes and shops with everything you need in 2 minutes. The sea in this area is the cleanest, since rivers do not flow into the sea in the vicinity. Excellent and sincere hosts and staff!!! I highly recommend it for all 5. This is not the first time we have rested in this guest house! Another plus is that the place is not far from the border, and if necessary, you can go or go to Sochi!

The hotel itself is very nice! The staff is polite! Everything is provided for families with children. There is a playground, a summer kitchen, a washing machine! The rooms are very cozy! But the beach! The beach is very dirty. The beach is wild. It's scary to let children into the sea! Rotovirus is provided!

A very cozy place. Beautiful territory, there is a Playground. The shared kitchen is wonderful - clean, spacious, lots of dishes, places to store food.
We lived in August-September in a room on the 2nd floor. Beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains. The room is clean, everything is beautiful, comfortable, and working properly.
The place is quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful good-natured hosts in the person of Natalia. They meet us halfway with many requests and requests. There is a spacious playground. The sea, cafes and shops are 200 meters away. The beach is nice, not crowded.

If you take a little walk, there is a minimarket. But it's better to take cash with you. The sea is 5 minutes away. There are sun beds and swings on the beach, but there are no changing rooms and a toilet. But this is Abkhazia.

Everything is fine. Very friendly, kind and helpful owners. They are allowed with animals (we had a cat and a dog with us). The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a Playground, a barbecue area, a kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine. I really liked it, next year if on vacation, then there🙂

The rooms are clean, bed linen, towels. It's a pity that they don't feed, although I've been at their table more than once by pure chance! And I enjoyed the delicious food while listening to another fascinating story of Alexander.
I recommend you to visit, you will not regret it! The price tag is very adequate. Parking is only a little small.

The hotel is located 300 meters from the sea.(walking distance) the room on the 2nd floor is ideal, cleanliness, order, air conditioning, furniture and a bed of the highest standard. We had a vacation that year, and this is not the first year we went there. The hotel is good, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower, toilet, TV are all in the room.
They cooked on the outdoor playground under the roof. Everything is great!!! I recommend it to everyone!!! From Tambov.

It's strange that the first review, but this is a great hotel!! Everything is clean, towels, clean linen. It is clear that the hotel is being monitored, there is a playground for children. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, the beach is free, there are no piles of people. The hostess is just a fire! I advise everyone, you will not regret it. And you can eat delicious homemade food in a cypress tree. I do not advise you to go to the glacier cafe, because I found a hair in the soup.
