From all the cleaning, they took out the trash and gave two rolls of toilet paper. The bed linen may have been washed, but the smell was specific, I don't know, maybe it was washed just in water, or in an old washing machine ...

All this costs a total of a penny compared to the daily rent of an apartment. That's why it looks strange. In principle, large investments are not required to change the situation. The answer to your statement will be "they say they stayed overnight, but the rest of the reasons don't matter, so there will be no return." If you want a normal vacation, then definitely not with this company, the rest will be spoiled and they will not refund your money for really objective reasons, apparently taking advantage of the fact that for the sake of 10 thousand hardly anyone will write applications or in general visitors from another country will not steam with this. The only negative for our family is 2 chairs! There were four of us, it was not convenient to have breakfast, we had to use the sofa or bring a table from another room and move it to the sofa.. And there are no hangers at all!! Then they brought us only two.. But there is an iron and this was a big plus for us)

5. The apartment is very smoky! For non-smokers, it will be disgusting. The apartment even provided an ashtray (it stood near the loggia). Again, considering that the check-in conditions indicate a ban on smoking for guests!
Of the Minsk Mir apartments, the apartment on Luchenka 11 turned out to be the most terrible.

Instead of a 2-bedroom bed, I got a sofa without a headboard and without a mattress, with 4 mats that were cut, forming pits where you could fall through if by some miracle you fell asleep on it, because all night you had to pick up rags in pillowcases called pillows from the floor, which, due to the lack of a headboard, periodically turned out to be on the floor.In addition to this, there was no way to open the hot water tap in the bathroom due to broken plumbing!!! All of the above gives me the right to assume that this is not an apartment, a daily rented apartment in an ordinary five-storey building, and the cost absolutely does not correspond to what was offered in return. I looked at the website very carefully and did not find any photos of this apartment or anything similar.After my appeal to the agency, on the second day, a plumber arrived and repaired the hot water tap, which broke down again the next day, which I informed the agency employee about, thereby during my entire stay in the apartment I was not able to use hot water.I had to solve hygiene issues in other ways, having unforeseen material costs. And also, when asked by an employee of the apartment release time, I said that I would exercise my right to vacate the apartment before 12:00, but in the morning I had the Internet turned off - why???
One of the advantages is the location, convenient electric lock, it was clean (City shaft street).

In the second half of April, I booked an apartment here for a day. I was satisfied with the cost, everything was processed quickly. The apartments are decently equipped, everything is clean. I have no comments at all

And in general, the shower cabin is installed high, it is inconvenient to go out. The bar counter in the room is also set high, it is inconvenient to eat. The shutters on all windows are defective or torn off. The windows are barred (hello to the firefighters). The entrance is from the second floor, and the Windows overlook the ground floor. The hoods of cars are 60 cm long. from the windowsill. The cooking utensils are old, with a cracked Teflon coating. The refrigerator also requires preventive maintenance. In the freezer, the fur coat is 80% volume, the shelf is rewound with transparent tape. The overall result of Minsk is a wonderful experience, the apartment is satisfactory.

One star for the check-in conditions . When you are there , they solve a number of problems that do not concern you at all .. Also, when booking, it was stipulated that the amount of the cost of the apartment is saved at the time of booking, when it turned out that it was not..I had to insist ..we went to a meeting , you can only see by the fact that we ourselves delayed check-in for two hours .
