According to the photo, the apartment was nice, and we made an advance payment. Upon arrival in Minsk, we went to the office of the agent of Aparton Group LLC, which is also located on ave. Independence to take the keys and pay the rest of the reservation, namely 29,000 rubles! We paid by card, were given the lock code and we went to check in.
As soon as we entered the apartment, we were unpleasantly surprised: the apartment is dark, not all the light bulbs are shining. There is a smell of dampness and mold. The apartment is dirty, shabby, the floors are sticky, all the surfaces are dirty, they haven't been cleaned there for very, very many years! From all the cleaning, they took out the trash and gave two rolls of toilet paper. The bed linen may have been washed, but the smell was specific, I don't know, maybe it was washed just in water, or in an old washing machine ...
When I went into the bathroom, I saw mold in the shower stall, a shelf was broken, there was no holder for a watering can, the water pressure was very weak... The sink is dirty, the cup holders are rusty from old age, the plumbing is also all sticky (The washing machine has also never seen cleaning, it smelled of mold(
The kitchen and appliances are also dirty and covered in grease. Anyway, it was disgusting to touch anything in this apartment(

We wrote to the office of Aparton that we were leaving in the morning, and we ask for a refund for the remaining three days! And then the most interesting thing began. A lot of unsubscriptions and unnecessary correspondence, they asked me to write some kind of statement, they did not answer the calls, they did not give their Director's contacts! We corresponded with them for 2 days, we wanted to go to the office to sort it out, but firstly, we had 2 young children with us, and secondly, we came to Minsk from afar for only 3 days, and I wanted to walk around the city and see the sights, and not waste time dealing with the office. We warned them that we would not ignore this situation, but there was no reaction, apparently, we don't care about the customers, most importantly, they appropriated the money for themselves and are happy)) The calculation is that the client is a foreigner, will take a walk and go to his country. It is good that nowadays many issues can be solved remotely.
The result of our trip is as follows: -29,000 rubles on the card, spoiled mood... I want to warn all tourists: do not book an apartment through the agency "Aparton Group" LLC. They have a website, and they also rent housing through <url>.
I was looking for an apartment on the eve of my arrival in Minsk. Aparton, the only agency that responded to our request. The apartment was found on 12B Makayenka Street, this is a new residential complex Chelyuskintsev Park. This apartment option suited us, its remoteness from the center did not bother us, because we were with a car. The agency has an excellent contactless way to transfer keys, especially those who arrive late. The apartment has everything you need for living. Therefore, I definitely recommend this agency.
I do not advise booking accommodation through this company, according to the photo, excellent accommodation is in fact dangerous to health, mold in the bathroom and washing machine and an air conditioner that does not work. Check-in takes place through the office or by prepayment, there is no option to see the accommodation first, as I understand it. If you paid, in their opinion, living in a bathroom with mold, not working air conditioning and noise outside the window is OK, and if you decide from the road that you can somehow still exist there for 3 days (after all, coming on vacation it seems like an apartment just for sleeping (you also want to wash yourself, but not to spoil your vacation at all - decide to stay, and at night you will not be able to sleep because the apartment is stuffy due to the fact that the air conditioner does not work, and opening the window with access to a noisy avenue will also not give you the opportunity to sleep) and you write to them humanly that for all these reasons staying there is not what you planned and ask for money for the last two days, you will be asked to write an application for a refund. The answer to your statement will be "they say they stayed overnight, but the rest of the reasons don't matter, so there will be no return." If you want a normal vacation, then definitely not with this company, the rest will be spoiled and they will not refund your money for really objective reasons, apparently taking advantage of the fact that for the sake of 10 thousand hardly anyone will write applications or in general visitors from another country will not steam with this. Photos from the apartment in which, according to this company, you can live are attached, and the profile photos were taken immediately after the renovation. And also in a reply letter, the director of the company wrote that they say the condition of the apartment is the unfriendly tenants who rent it ... yeah, mold is the tenants' fault ...🤦♂️
