We rested here in July 2024. The impressions were only positive. Friendly and helpful hosts, upon request, solve any questions, even about moving around Abkhazia. The rooms are clean and cozy. There are no disposable accessories (slippers, etc.), so I advise you to take care of this in advance. I was especially impressed by the chic and well-maintained rooftop pool. The sea is 30-50 meters away. The sea and the beach are clean, we were on the beaches of Gagra and New Athos - it is much dirtier there and smells of sewage. There is not even a hint of this here. Mostly on the beach there are vacationers of hotels on this coastline, so there are ALWAYS free sun beds and umbrellas. I recommend it, we will come back again!

We rested here in October 2024! Anastasia answered quickly based on the availability of the rooms. At our request, an additional transfer was arranged. Everything is clear, as in the description. The apartments are spacious, we even had 2 balconies, one with a table - you can have breakfast. The dishes are good. The pools both worked, they were well heated (the one on the roof is super and warmer, like a bathtub), the lighting worked. It is close to the beach, towels were provided both for the beach and after the shower! Sun beds are available, they can be used free of charge. The owners are wonderful people, they will always tell you and help (Russians). There are eucalyptus trees on the territory. Of the minuses, of course, sometimes the electricity is turned off, the air is weak. In general, I would rest there again.

We rested in early summer 2024, a good hotel, small and cozy, there are all the amenities to the smallest detail, a grocery store is nearby, in general we advise everyone, but only one thing, we asked them to add a barbecue area, otherwise only one family could give meat in the gazebo, they promised to do it) thank you for a good rest.
