This is not a hotel. This is a bunch of apartments for rent with different owners. The terrible appearance of the facade, terrible entrances, exorbitant (according to the local market) prices. The infrastructure of the embankment is missing.
In Kobuleti, despite the fact that it is also not Batumi, prices are twice lower, and the embankment is more interesting
