I was at the hotel for 3 days in December 2024.It's very good for one person. The room was large, clean, double bed, in-room safe (though not bolted to the closet shelf), slippers, bathrobe, hair dryer, dental kit, shaving kit, capsule coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator. Drinks from the refrigerator are paid, tea and coffee are free. I left late in the evening, the hotel is on the 3rd floor in an apartment building (it is difficult to find immediately, it is advisable for the hotel to hang a sign at the entrance), we met, showed everything in the room, took a deposit of 4000 rubles (20,000 tenge). In the morning, for breakfast (3000 tenge), either scrambled eggs with sausage, or oatmeal porridge with juice (I took porridge, the plate was large, I had enough before lunch). They were allowed to use the microwave and dishes in the evening. Shopping malls are 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. I recommend it for private trips for 1-3 days.

Very, very .... Cozy, clean, comfortable. 24/7 service. I rented it for 3 weeks and I'm just happy that I chose this small hotel. I feel like I'm at home. If I come to Almaty again, I will settle here again. Excellent location and the possibility of booking from abroad. You are my "favorites"... Thank you for your concern! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Garbage, not a hotel(
- not a hotel, just apartments
- there is no cleaning in the room
- there is no normal breakfast (either scrambled eggs or porridge to choose from) - a cheap small portion
- at the same time, the price per night is not low
- entrance through a regular entrance
- they take a deposit

Stayed at the hotel in October 2023. I really liked almost everything! Thanks to the girls administrators! Very caring and polite! I felt at home in a calm atmosphere! If in doubt, I advise you to stay at the Keremet Hotel.

There is of course something to find fault with, but I can't put a rating below 5. The girls at the reception are especially polite and helpful. Convenient location, beautiful mountain view.

Not an expensive, cozy hotel for tourists or on a business trip.
Excellent breakfasts and very caring staff who really solves problems.
The room has everything you need (mini fridge, safe, kettle), kitchen, iron, vacuum cleaner in common access
The renovation is not the first freshness, but you can't expect more for such a price.

Hello! This is not a hotel, but a hottel!!! I paid 37 000 UAH for 2 nights and left a deposit, which was out of the question when paying a month before arrival!!!! 10,000 tenge

Convenient location, friendly staff and of course a reasonable price. One of the inconveniences is the bathroom, which is located outside the living room, but this is compensated by the cost of the room and poor noise insulation of the rooms. Overall 4+
