We were in 2019. We lived on the 5th floor. The room is cozy and warm. But it's cold in the dining room. We only had breakfast, which was passable in principle, but since it was cold in the dining room, the hot dishes quickly froze. The lift is 15 minutes away, the road goes with a slight rise. There are a lot of Englishmen in the hotel, as well as in the whole of Borovets. The hotel staff is discreetly friendly. There is a children's room and a ski storage room.
