Excellent apartment. Very cozy, created with love and artistic taste. It is decorated in retro style with objects from the Soviet past, which the owners collected for 10 years. The apartment has everything you need and even more. I was conquered by an unusual Turk for coffee! And there is also a wonderful little balcony with a work space for a laptop. There is not enough clothes dryer (if you really find fault). The location is convenient, 7 minutes to the city center. On foot. It was a pleasure to be in the apartment. Much attention is paid to the details and convenience. I was pleased with the cleanliness!!!

A great place to relax! The apartment is exactly the same as in the photo. The atmosphere is very cozy, the interior is chosen with soul. Towels, hot water, disposable slippers, heating, warm blankets, kitchen utensils and a kettle are all you need. The only thing I would advise you to take warm sneakers with you in the cold season, the tiled floor may be cold (but it's fine without that). The location is not the center, but there is a 5-minute taxi ride everywhere, cars arrive in two minutes and cost 300 drams.

The best daily rental apartment in Gyumri! Very convenient location of the apartment: not far from the center at all; near a good place where you can eat delicious food (Kilika Bistro); quiet and green area; close to many shops. The apartment is tastefully furnished, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, it is very cozy and pleasant to live there :) The landlord of the apartment is a very pleasant and sweet man, helped to bring things, met, drove. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Separately, I would like to write about very clean dishes, about a pleasant and comfortable bed (the mattress and bed linen are incredible), sharpened knives (!!!), there is a washing machine, a bathtub, hot water, a gas and electric stove (hybrid). The cost of the apartment for May 2022 is 14,000 drams.
