The hotel is large, but the rooms leave much to be desired. The noise from trams at night and in the morning is very much in the way. Trams stop running at 1:00 and start at 5:00. It is not possible to sleep.

Far FROM being the newest hostel ... but, for this money, it's quite normal. !)
